Right. Heating up in plastic makes no sense. It is well known that plastic when hot releases toxic chemicals. I take the food out of the plastic containers and heat it up in a plate or bowl.
Whenever I reheat chicken or rice, pour a little water on it before cooking. It will definitely add back some well needed moisture, and taste much better.

Meal prep is something that comes easy to me now. Best thing I ever bought to help me succeed was a food scale because I always overestimate without one. You got me wanting to pull out my rice cooker because I always just use Trader Joe’s frozen rice. I remember years ago that big 5 meal duffle bag I used to carry everywhere, but I keep it lighter now. I do keep a mini cooler in my car trunk and depending how long I might be out for, I keep with water, hard boiled eggs, chicken. You never know what’s coming out a sandwich bag! 😂

Train 2-3 times a week, hit every muscle group, limit processed foods and saturated fats, control caloric intake, make sure you are walking or doing some light cardio
I train at 445am fasted, eating 5 meals a day I usually wait until 8 for my first meal which i make a smoothie 3 eggs 230g egg whites 1 scoop protein 140g frozen banana, would you recommend adding oats to that, I usually have carbs with meal 3 230pm and 4 530/6pm
Toward the end you mention your sweet potato in the microwave. Hope you’re just warming up sweet potato previously cooked. Cooking raw sweet potato in microwave is dangerous. Because of the mineral content they can catch on fire. I speak from experience.
