Kidney beans Salad-
Presoak Kidney beans and boil them
Add cucumbers, corn, bell peppers, red onions, any other vegetable of your choice ( carrots/ zucchini etc)
Add black salt, black pepper, table salt + freshly squeeze lime
For dressing- add few tbsp olive oil + red balsamic vinegar+ honey+ grated garlic. Mix it
Add fresh cilantro.
Your salad is ready to enjoy:)
