these videos are what I look forward to every day. I dont usually comment, but I'm always supporting. Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing your journey dealing with NR. also okurrrr calling out white washing in Little Women, thank you! I thought no one was going to say anything.
I just so appreciate you sharing what you go through to just get through a day. I love your philosophy of putting things out there to remind us that we aren’t alone. Thank you x
Thank you for sharing your struggle with neurogenic rosacea. I can't imagine how hard it must be to adapt with the curve balls your body throws at you. I love your videos and I look forward to them every day!
I really do appreciate you talking about this! I was diagnosed with rosacea, but I don’t think it’s neurogenic. I love how you’re so open about this, because I usually shy away from talking about it myself. Love you and your videos xx
Wow mad props for putting this out there and showing us what it’s like to live with your condition. While I don’t have what you do, I’m also chronically ill and totally relate to having to make all these changes to your everyday life because that’s what your body demands for you to do. I’m still super sensitive to talk in detail about all my issues and videos like this really give me more courage to open up more. Also I know I’m crap at commenting but I’m always out here supporting your vlogs 😘
Love your use of pizza dough. Lol. I have rosacea but not your type and my version of pizza dough is chilled green tea bags. Brew, chill the bags/keep in the fridge, rub all over when you're burning. For me, it calms it down faster than the water spray. Obviously your type is totally different so who knows how it could work for you but hey, green tea is cheap lol. Hope this provides relief for someone!
Hi, i also have neurogenic Rosacea. Past 2 years. Beta Blockers have helped somewhat...have you looked into those at all? I also live with a fan/spray bottle with me. Excersize/heat are the worst. and OMG ear flushing is just BS. Good for you for posting the real shit that we have to deal with.
omg i’m so sorry you have to deal with this shit too, but i’m also freaking a little because i’ve never interacted with someone else that has it. if i may ask, are you able to work and is your burning pretty constant? also i have tried beta blockers! so far no luck but all i can do is keep trying different meds. hang in there friend (and feel free to message me any time if you need someone to talk to, insta and twitter are listed in the description 💛)
Oh Wow! Another one. We should start a club. Lol. And same here w anytime I exert myself and or heat, or nerves or.. etc. My doctor who actually wrote a medical journal, paper on, specifically, neurogenic rosacea, prescribed beta blockers as well. But I was uncertain about the dosage. He made it sound like, take them when you think you might need it. ??? But I read that it's dangerous to start n stop beta blockers, so I just don't take them. Plus I have good blood pressure and don't want to mess w it for the sake of my "vanity". Although it affects more than my vanity. Cold tea bags are worth the try. Too bad it happens when I'm outside.. in public. ...oy.
@@maggienbob1304 hi there, I also had neuro rosacea but this deases it's not relly common in my country even my derm can't really sure what the next step. Can I mssg you in private to talk? Did you have any social media?
Hi, 4 years late to this post! I hope you see this message. Finally, I’ve found someone who has identified what the hell is going on with my face! I have stopped working and I barely leave the house but my Doctor just says “rosacea”. I’ve had Rosacea for 10 years and only the past 6 months has it got like this so I don’t think so doc! Please tell me how you managed to get diagnosed and if anything has relieved it. I hope life has got easier for you 🤞sending you my best wishes and thank you for sharing your experience! xxx
I’m sorry that you have this to deal with. Does anyone else in your family have this? I have rosacea and it gets worse when I’m hot. Thanks for sharing and showing all of your tricks!
alas i'm the only one (though i'm glad, because i wouldn't wish this on anyone!) if you don't mind me asking, how often does it burn for you? mine, as you saw, is constant if i'm not in front of a fan, and i've always wondered how it compares to other types of rosacea!
Don't know why I never thought to look on youtube for anyone else w neurogenic rosacea. I'm still not convinced that is what I have. Sometimes it burns like hell, & sometimes I don't feel it, but I know I'm redder than a pomegranate because of the looks I'm getting. & the ,"are you ok?!" Comments. Lol. It's not a rash, just seems like extreme blushing. I've never seen anything like it. I have a friend w Rosacea but it doesn't look like mine. Not to be weird, but do you have a video showing when your face gets red? I haven't even seen anything like mine on the internet. =( ...sorry to bug you. Sure would love to chat about it. It's freakin bizarre and nobody gets it.. they say, "oh my face gets red too". .. I'm thinking.. how red,? Like a pomegranate? LITERALLY like a pomegranate?! Lol. Oh well. Different doctors, different diagnoses. Anyway, thank you for your video!
