Cheesesteak Soup Recipe
1 chopped celery stalk
1 chopped large carrot or 5 baby carrots
1 chopped small onion or 1 small shallot
2 cloves minced garlic
4T extra virgin olive oil
1/2C flour
1lb steak (I use ribeye)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
1/2t rosemary
1/4C soy sauce
1/4C Worcester sauce
1C of veggie of your choice (I used green beans, potato is also really good!)
1C cream
1C shredded cheddar cheese (add more if you prefer it to be cheesier)
5C Bone broth (beef broth works)
Once the soup is done these are some additional seasonings that you can add
Onion powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Red chili flakes for some heat
Additional salt
*The trick to yummy soup is to keep tasting as yo go until you are satisfied with the flavor!
