The after effects of COVID are a huge challenge. The people that were asymptomatic and now have cardiac issues are the ones that worry me most in the long term. Thanks for all you do! #SimTribe

If I may say ... Pepper should be applied prior to garlic or lawry's seasoned salt. Pepper granules are bigger so if you dispense the seasoned salt or garlic first the pepper has less likely hood of contacting meat surface because the smaller particle garlic and salt act like a barrier. Unlike hydroxichloroquin facilitating zinc entering cell and preventing replication of the sars. Cov 2 rna (I saw that in a youtube video!)

The chicken recipe looks so good 😋 but I'm allergic to soy witch is a bummer, so I can't do that way. (Chicken asparagus and rice is my favorite) P.s Film a day in your life video/vlog.
