You clearly don't know anything about academy football if you genuinely believe you have to work hard to get into it. At his age, its not entirely down to hard work. It can be a combo of nepatism, talent and luck. When you stay in the first team for 5 yrs then you can say hard work. The amount of kids his age that get released at the end of their contract will shock you.
