Haha thanks! Yeah it’s been a struggle to film and edit these while also doing FOH and I’m also production manager so I have to do all of that stuff in the day too. It’s been a fun experience though. I now know how to kinda do this again next tour and maybe make it smoother

Every episode was killer. Even when you sometimes called them "boring". Not at all. It's always fun to watch these videos. Thank you so much for putting so much work into these!. Being a touring musician myself its great to see different setups, things that can go wrong, but also things that went very well. (Like a well planned and engineered stage setup). I am one of the old farts, where each band was using the same desk on that small-medium sized festivals. soundcraft 800b, some clark EQ, some compressor and gates, a Yamaha SPX 90 or two, Great times, but also good that they are over.

I’ve done plenty of tours like that using the venue/festival console! Lots of tours when I was first starting out just jumping on a nice big analog console with a bunch of outboard gates and comps! It was fun!

I also lived those times and those technical conditions... You had to write and draw on paper the configuration of the mixer channels (some of the mixers I had in those years were Midas Pro 05, Soundcraft Vienna, Yamaha 4000 and other similar ones), and when you had to make group changes, you had to look for those papers and replace everything that was closest to how it had been written and drawn... good times, but I won't change my M32R that I can move by myself without anyone's help, for any Yamaha 4000, soundcraft Vienna or midas Pro 05, which had to be moved between 6 or 8 people... It was what there was then... greetings from spain..

Got to know what actually a siund engineer would be doing on tour. Loved the dedication you put in to makes these videos while on tour. It can be hard. I really liked how you kept it real keeping the parts in the video where it was hard and difficult with your luggage and when you ran into problems. Thanks a ton for sharing it here. hello hello. Regarding your request for what other type of content we want for future videos, I want to tell you that of course we all like the type of video you have made for this tour, but personally I would also like to see some video on some specific technical aspect, which you may have already put and explained but I missed seeing it. Specifically, I would like to see a video of specific things like how you captured the guitars (on this tour for example), since those Marshall walls are decorative, so I assume that there is no type of guitar and bass amplification, so how are they captured? D.I box? XLR OUT from the guitar pedal board? in stereo or mono? the same with the bass and the recorded sequences.. D.I for everything too? I would also like to know if in this tour that you have completed you have used a single digital box for the two mixers (FOH and Mon.) sharing the same preamp and gain for FOH and Mon, or have you used some type of analog splitter to divide the signal for two digital boxes (FOH and MON) I would also like to know, when you have performed at festivals with other bands, and those bands used their own mixers just like you, how do you each send your signal (L, R, Sub, Front fill, etc.) from each mixer to the main PA system of the festival. The festival's technical team puts in a main mixer and all the bands' mixers enter in normal channels in that main mixer? If I think of anything else I'll tell you here... hehe..😄 greetings from Spain..
