Hi!! I started watching you when I started thinking about joining. I watched your basic training videos probably 7 times each, no joke. I love your videos and how positive you are! ❤️ when I was at basic, I kept thinking “oh yeah! That’s what she was talking about!”

I auditioned for the 13th army band back in March. I have yet to go to MEPS due to not meeting the weight qualification, I’ve lost 24 lbs and need a bit more to go but about inch more to pass the taping! Fun fact: we are both the same height, age group, and I also have a bachelors in music ed. Thanks for all your videos, they were great! Currently, I have MEPS scheduled on the 23rd!!

Last year I sent in a prescreen tape on Euphonium, but I did not get the chance to have a phone call audition. They said that I was really good but I did not have a masters degree like the other applicant. ☹️ …so I’m doing MI instead haha

Hi Abby! I'm finishing my AIT as a 92g I didn't pick this mos I was reclass but I was told that in a year I can reclass again.. I'm interested in becoming a 42r but I don't really have that much experience playing instrument but I'm not completely lost.. do you think is a good idea to pay for individual altosax classes for a year and try to make the switch then? Would that be a enough time? Hope to hear something from you thank you very much for the video it was great 👍

So Oh let’s say I’m interested in the active duty and I’m gonna go for the same position that you’re going for but I only know how to sing just that I don’t know how to play guitar piano drums I only know how to sing so let’s say I go for that right will I be able to still have the qualifications to do that if I go in for active duty or the National Guard that’s one question and the second question is that let’s say I go for that and there’s a college I want to get involved with right the music institute college like the biggest music Institute college in the world because you know that there’s that there is Berkeley College of music or there’s other college I think in New York City but yeah I want your opinion about that let’s just say even if I want to go to the music institute musician Institute sorry let’s say I want to go to that and they have a program the artist program or such and such where it teaches me how do use musical programs and stuff like that and also towards performing and maybe if I want to get involved with learning how to play guitar and piano they give me the opportunity to go ahead and do something like that right so again in your own option do you think you could find out the information for me about that because the thing is I have been watching your videos for quite a while since when I’ve been trying to look for the information because you don’t see much people post videos like this for how it is in the day life or hey how it is when you graduate from the military when you go out and get a good civilian job but for something What is your passion and what you love to do so what can you say about that

I ship in ten days, and I am very afraid of not passing tape. Even if it’s weight that you will end up gaining back because it was lost quickly, what is the best and safest way of going about losing inches, even temporarily?
