Um no, being a gypsy is an ethnicity. Not a lifestyle. It’s an ethnicity that comes with its own cultures and traditions, their plenty of gypsys, from some of the most well known clans, that stopped traveling and live in a house.

Definitely not a Gypsy. a Gypsy is a member of a people originating in South Asia and traditionally having an itinerant way of life, living widely dispersed across Europe and North and South America and speaking a language (Romani) that is related to Hindi; a Romani person.
