Lol why did they keep mentioning animation but they didn’t show anyone animating. He was in zbrush which is a modeling software😂

Would be nice if most workspaces were like this. Feels like they respect your time and treat people more like people instead of worker drones. Snacks and a nap are always a plus imo.

Lets be real here, the nap is during break time and doing whatever you want in your break is completely common. The only really cool thing is free breakfast and snacks, because as I experienced it, everyone brings their own lunch to work anyways. Then there's the working hours, wtf dude - guy had to get back to work at 9 pm spontaneously lol. This is made to look way cooler than it is

@@mikeraptorh6888 Exactly. They skip the part where he wakes up at 1AM to see that the render has failed, and he has to spend 2 hours fixing it, re-render and then be back at the office for 9AM on 3 hours sleep.

i think earning a decent salary in animation could be difficult unless you get into a good company however it’s possible to do freelance work on the side so even if the company you get into isn’t the best, you can still have a good income. you could even go fully freelance but you would have to put a lot of work into creating your portfolio and advertising your work through social media :)
