Fellow neurodivergent here. Definitely know the feeling of being overwhelmed. It’s terrifying and beyond crippling . Thank you for saving these beauties
❤❤❤ Absolutely love ALL of your videos….. thank you for what you do! I had a pet fox when I was in High School in the 60”s … my brother bought him from a fur farm in Iowa. So sad those places still exists . Turk was the best pet I ever had. I lived in West Virginia at the time… we’d go hiking together off leash. When he was about 2 yrs old there was a female calling to him. With a thousand acres of woods behind my house, I did a soft release. I’d often “bark” to him and he’d answer. Keep up the amazing work that all of you do! ❤❤❤❤
Oh yes, I just love seeing this long video, a "deep dive" into your *normal* with Freya and all the foxes. Freya is so beautiful and looks so happy reading her book to her Daddy. You two are such naturally great parents, both to Freya and to the foxes!! Thanks for everything you do! You are making a huge contribution to the goodness, kindness, joy, commitment and pure love in the world. ❤
All in Can say is WOW just WOW! I knew it takes Effort and Care to be Wildlife rescuers but I'm Amazed at the Exhaustive hours put in! And to take care of a Child on top of all the Foxes and other animals! Despite the Exhaustion the Love and Committment to Saving Foxes REALLY Shines Through! Thank You So Much Ethan and Mikayla for all that you do in Helping to Save Foxes and other wildlife and giving them Freedom and Happy Lives!!👍👍👍👏👏👏🦊🦊🐈🐈🐕🐎🙏🙏🙏❤❤😊😊
Mikayla & Ethan, I love your vlogs. You two go through so much to get everything ready to transport these rescues! I hope you got some sleep, you definitely needed it! Freya is adorable and so pretty. I just received my calendar and love the photos!! Thank You and Hugs go to everyone involved with Save a Fox and also to all who have donated! 💜🦊💜🦊💜🦊💜
Yes we love the longer format, please do more! Thank you to save a fox and every rescue taking them in and the team and the volunteers. Much love from belgium.
Thank you to all the angels who agreed to take in all these foxes. You are all amazing (including Mikayla & the SaveAFox shelters too). I hope all the foxes adjust to their new environment. 😁👍👍🦊
Mykala, I totally get it about feeling overwhelmed out in public and noises/people. All your comfort and care shines through where you are most comfortable and not judged - around your family, animals and care giving. You do You my friend. We ❤ you, Ethan, your cute daughter and your entire SAF team and community. Ill continue buying, liking, watching your ads, and donating. 🙏❤️💯👍
GREAT vlog, I love seeing just how much work goes into these endeavors because it puts everything into perspective and just makes me super thankful to have Saveafox be the ones at the helm of this rescue operation. Thank you all so much for your hard work: Mikayla, Ethan, the volunteers, Gary, Russel, the private adopters, fellow organizations, and donors!!!
We truly appreciate the tremendous work and devotion Mikayla and Etan and VOLUNTEERS do to SAVE LOVING HELPLESS foxes and others ANIMALS ❤❤❤ We love them and this videos is so interesting and happy to see the animals are SAFE and LOVED ❤❤❤❤❤BLESSINGS to ALL involved and to ANIMALS to ❤❤❤❤❤
Short, long, no matter the length I’m clicking on it asap! I do enjoy getting a hint of the behind the scenes. It’s great to see what is reality instead of a final polished video. Some people don’t have a clue what is all involved with a rescue. The amount of dedication and sacrifice all of the Save a Fox family are committed to daily is astounding! Thank you for all that you do and all the souls you are saving! I had a great laugh with Mikayla saying hypothetically the van could transport a bear. If I were Ethan, I’d be a tad bit suspicious 🤪🤪😂 Freya is getting more adorable every time we see her! Cheers from FL😺
Thank you for these rescues and for sharing your daily life stories & events with us. All of you, Ethan & the other fox rescue organizations are angels!❤❤❤
Came here to see the foxes that Chris and Gabby got from Florida's Wildest and GatorChris. Thank you for all you do for these lovely creatures. blessings.
I love seeing the behind the scenes! Seeing how you operate and how much time and care goes into everyday is something i didn't really think about. Seeing how much work goes into taking care of multiple shelters and taking in these foxes is something I'll always be interested in. From vet visits to finding foxes to save, doesn't matter to me. it's all extremely interesting
Loved this longer, informal format. Your schedule is exhausting, hope you can get more sleep soon! Thank you for the glimpse into this lifestyle, it takes really special people to do this. Very lucky foxes and other animals!
Long time watcher, first time commenter. Amazing video! Puts into perspective just how much work goes into an animal rescue like yours. I never knew Mikayla was on the spectrum. As a fellow Autistic, mad respect to how you're able to not only keep going, but also thrive.
I think the best part of such a longer video is that it really gives a good idea of what a big chunk of running a fox sanctuary (or two) looks like, especially with the whole rescue business on the side. Truly astounding how much work the two of you put into it, along with the volunteers, and I hope that you two and Gary got some good rest in after this mad dash :)
This vlog was so informative and entertaining. I would love for you to do more of the same. Thanks to everyone involved in making these adoptions possible. I love Save-A-Fox. ❤
We can't thank you enough for saving these foxes and giving them the happy lives they deserve!! I'm watching it now and am definitely interested how your life as an animal rescuer is ^^
I watched Gabby and Chris video on the 3 foxes they took and their first day. Then going back to your video and it’s amazing how far they’ve already come. Especially the red scared one! She was bouncing around playing in their enclosure! Thank you so much for all the hard work. The payoff is so worth it. I had no idea fur farming existed here
I think that "hypothetical" question about the bear was actually only hypothetically hypothetical, lol. That was super interesting. I'd love more videos like that.
Love this Mikayla and Ethan. Your commitment to what you do is admirable, and I'm so impressed with how you handle the foxes. I'm so happy these foxes get to have a beautiful life from now on.
I cannot tell you how awesome looking you are in your foxxy ears. And just how awesome you both are plus child in saving lives and rescues. Keep up the great work. Those foxes appreciate you dearly ❤
> loved this video. So thorough and intimate. Enjoyed seeing you and Ethan interact, seeing all the beautiful new foxes, and Freya reading so well. She's so beautiful. Love all of you so much. Keep up the vloging.
I remember before school, I had to clean about 15 snake enclosures, feed the baboon, and clean and feed the baby cougar (ever smelled mountain lion urine?). I would often not have time for a shower... Suffice to say, my classmates didn't care to sit near me some mornings. 😅 You're all doing amazing work. Thanks for giving us all a behind the scenes peek. 🦊
@@shelleyharris4176 My father had a large serpentarium and outdoor avian/mammalian exhibit at his veterinary practice. He also took a lot of surrendered animals (the cougar, who if I recall correctly, was actually the grandson of the Mercury cougar used in their ad campaigns of the time.) He was later hired as the head vet and animal locator/provider to Alligator Adventure in Myrtle Beach during it's creation (lots of cool stories/experiences there) which he still does to this day. Suffice to say, with so many animals to feed/clean/care for, it was all hands on deck growing up. 😅 Amazing experiences though. It's heartwarming to see little Freya growing up in a similar manner.
Wow, thanks for sharing this story, super interesting perspective! Always fascinating in which different backgrounds people grow up and how that may shape their life.
Love seeing vligs like this!!! I'd love to see more!! Thank you all for taking such good care of all of the precious foxes!! Oh and your little girl is so adorable!! Now try and get some rest. Prayers & Wishes Lisa Hampton 🙂
Love and appreciate every video you guys put out, and enjoy the mix of shorter highlights and longer behind the scenes. It’s so beautiful to see the connections you share and the confident empathy you bring to your interactions with all the animals. So much thanks and appreciation for all you do!!! ❤ 🦊 ❤
God bless all that you do for these precious creatures. Bless your trip. Pray everyone/all stays safe and well. Bless the babies and their new home(s). Lots of love and hugs!! 🙏🙏❤❤
You guys are so precious. 😊 Can't help but can keep donating and cheering you on. What a mammoth 😮 job minding all the babies and doing your hair at the same time!!! ❤❤❤
I absolutely love the work you and Ethan do. I appreciate the hard work and long hours it tayto make sure all of your rescues are happy. Keep sharing your work. I love it. Finny is adorable; well ALL of your foxes and other critters are adorable. Much love and God bless y'all and Save A Fox. ❤
Long vlogs are the best. Better than any documentary television show I've ever seen, and that's the honest truth. And without music its so much better! It's just real and authentic. It's so heart warming to see these foxes getting rescued to a better life, that it's life changing even for a viewer. Humanity at it's very best!
Hey there, thank you so much for the video! We really enjoy seeing more of your (and your volunteers) daily efforts. I know it takes a lot of work and editing to make longer videos, but they're one of our favorites.
Absolutely, thank you 🙏 so very very much to everyone @ Save A Fox 🦊 Rescue for making this organization what it is. Most of all thank you 🙏 so very much for saving all of those beautiful and precious fur babies and giving them all chances at living happy, healthy and safe lives!! We truly love ❤️ and appreciate everyone singing one of you, and of course all of the animals!! 😉👍
This is so cool seeing all the work that goes into taking care of all of these animals! And I'm seriously impressed y'all manage to accomplish 48 hours of work in a 24 day, haha.
So little snow in Minnesota. The swedish state. Here in Sweden its a lot of snow and quite cold. I have a wild fox who visit now and then. I give him apples and eggs. Havent seen him for a while. He is hunting ladies. I am pretty sure he found one.
It gets too cold to snow some winters and there is less humidity due to being so far from any coast. -40 degrees is crazy cold but I don't envy how much snow Sweden gets!
I’m in for longer videos! You guys are amazing, working tirelessly for all these beautiful animals, all while raising your sweet little Freya❤The world needs more people like you!! If I lived near your locations I’d apply for a job or volunteer for you guys in a heart beat!! You make all of us fox fans so happy by doing all you do and letting us watch you do it! Thankyou for that! I feel like we need to start a “go fund me”just for you two so you could get some much much well deserved personal time!!! Lots of love to you guys🥰
Awwww! I love how Luka hangs out by the gate. He's such a sweet fox and definitely one of my favorites... probably because he and Mutt were the only ones who let me pet them without being bitten.
I feel your discomfort I don't do well travelling or being in social engagements so I have 3 re-homed parrots & spend most days at home enjoying life with them.
I don't know how you guys do it. Staying so calm with all the unexpected events with a more than full schedule. You are the embodiment of patience, and you still keep happy while doing so. May the universe bring abundance your way to help fund all the care for the foxes that is needed.
Beautiful job, Mikayla & the Save a Fox crew❤❤❤ and yep the one burgundy is definitely stunning in color...I said the same thing when you released the video of them being pulled from the fox fur farm ❤️❤️❤️ and nice job reading Freya!!
Loved the format and the "day in the life" energy. As someone also on the spectrum, I totally sympathize with being overwhelmed in public spaces; I love your work. Foxes are beautiful animals, and I'm glad these ones are going to have a good life.
