The ice bath I have at home is 0 degrees (ranges from like 0-2) and the one at the gym is around 3 degrees! Sauna usually 65degrees. And you’re a legend thanks so much!
Crushing it! Nothing better than the Sauna/Icebath combo. Gamechanger for recovery and feeling amazing. Need to get the guts to turn my cold plunge down below 5 degrees though.....
Hi Jaz, really inspiring content! I registered this year for my first two ultra trails with 70km and 3000m of elevation in the alpes and it’s really nice seeing people out there with a similar mindset as the training can get lonely sometimes and others might not be able to understand your why. Keep up your amazing work! You definitely make me feel less lonely on this journey!!!❤
Just a tip when going to Bali, be wary of Bali-Belly and training! Seen way too many people completely wipe themselves out, not to mention an accident or two when squatting 💩💩
