Love my x30. Unfortunately, the lens flex broke and i shoot only at 28mm, the manual zoom is not anymore working and could not be fixed as per fuji service center
the 18-55 is a pretty bulky lens, especially with the lens hood on. The first fuji camera I tried was the XE4 but I have since also tried the XT5 and it's honestly too big for me to call "compact" or "discreet". For reference I use a GFX (digital medium format) camera for shooting on most days with adapted full frame lenses to kind of get it as small of a form factor as possible but I wanted to get a secondary camera that I could bring with me anywhere and everywhere and both the XT5 and the XE4 were just too big and bulky to fit the bill, ESPECIALLY with any kind of zoom lens (the sigma 18-55 is pretty compact option for a zoom lens and its pretty fast at 2.8 but it's also fairly expensive at around 500-600 bucks and does not come with lens stabilization or an aperture ring which I enjoy very much). With prime lenses they are much more discreet/compact options ESPECIALLY with that APS-C style sensor with an EVF but you just lose the flexibility of the zoom lens. If size and weight are big concerns of yours I would probably look at getting an x10/x20/x30 to cover a wide array of situations and sacrificing on image quality and noise or just getting an XE camera with the f2 primes or the sigma 18-55 but you are sacrificing quite a bit of zoom range for that kind of setup (still very decent range for street/everyday life) edit: they do also make the 40mm equivalent pancake prime lens to make the XE and XT setup even smaller but in my experience using it you are far better off buying the f2 primes with their much faster autofocus and sharpness as well as their better performance in low light. Especially for such a small price difference, you'll get way more from the higher quality lenses
