So if it's like that with foreign detainees that are not facing prison by the time they get to INS/ICE, imagine the percentage of BS that prisoners use in the joint!

There are many reasons why a death sentenced person takes long to be executed. 1. The accused has the right to appeal his/her conviction. 2. It is expensive to have an accused person executed. 3. Even though a person is sentenced to death for his/her actions, many times there are more charges applied to the person adding to the one that can claim his/her life. Those must additional charges that may not apply the death sentence but merit jail time, must be served. These are but a few reasons why a death sentenced person may take long to be executed...
