Zucchini dishes are not only healthy, but also very tasty! I suggest cooking zucchini with minced chicken, rice and a cheese cap in the oven in just 1 hour. They can be served as a hot appetizer, a main course for dinner or lunch, or even on a holiday table. This low-calorie, healthy, beautiful and tasty dish will definitely not go unnoticed by your guests!

🍡 Ingredients:
minced chicken - 300 gr
onion - 1 pc.
rice - 80 gr
egg - 1 pc.
zucchini (young) - 3-4 pieces
mayonnaise - 100 gr
hard cheese - 70 gr
garlic - 1 clove
vegetable oil - grease the baking tray
salt - to taste
spices - to taste
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into small “barrels”, 4-6 cm high. Make a depression in the center by cutting out the core. It is convenient to do this with a teaspoon.
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a little vegetable oil and place the prepared zucchini.
For the filling, mix minced chicken with finely chopped onion, rice, boiled until half cooked and a raw egg. Add salt and spices to taste, stir.
Fill each zucchini tightly with the prepared filling.
Then prepare the cheese “cap”. To do this, mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic and grated cheese. Place the cheese filling on the zucchini, forming a “cap”.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 30-35 minutes. Time and temperature are approximate, use your oven as a guide.
As soon as the zucchini becomes soft and the cheese on the surface melts and browns a little, you can take it out and serve, sprinkled with herbs. Stuffed zucchini is delicious hot!
