Happy Anniversary to KH3 Re:Mind! This DLC made this already great game even more better!

Imagine how much more impactful base KH3 would have if some of the remind scenes were already in there. Like the scene were Saix is trying to jog Xion’s memory by saying the names of her friends. The buildup of that scene really gives you a shits about to go down feeling.

After all this time and regardless of all the hate I still consider KH3 to be my favorite game of all time. ReMind was just the cherry on top

I literally started crying when you mentioned the stuff about the new cutscenes focusing on the days trio! That was just too beautiful for words am I right?

Man I can't believe it's been already a year. ReMind just reminded me why I love this series so much. The combination between the base KH3 ending, the ReMind scenario, the epilogue and the secret episode made the overall ending of KH3 even more brilliant, because now the future of KH is more exciting than it ever was before. I can't wait to see what Nomura has in mind for Verum Rex and the Foretellers. The future is looking bride.

I see Yozora as another alarmingly OP chosen one from his world and that's why his clash with Sora was just Vader hallway scene insanity.

Can we agree that goatnort in this dlc is the sephiroth fight, I mean he uses meteor, flame pillars, flame explosions similar to flare, he uses all the 13 keyblades to extend his range, similar to one big sword, he is basicly sephiroth but in a different character

I love how you always find new stuff to talk about in kh 😂 I find that me and you agree on a lot of stuff. This content has been holding me over till the next dark road update or ux update or kh4😭

I loved the base Kingdom Hearts III and Re Mind and yes I even loved all Disney Worlds including Arendelle. I love the Movies, so I didn't actually care if they retold the movie in some worlds, but that's just me.

I think what you mean with the ending of remind it just makes more sense as to why sora disappear. Like how he had to save kairi don’t forget that too.

Don't forget about the awesomeness that was Data Greeting in ReMind. Think of all the KH stories that have been told thanks to Data Greeting, and the hilarious memes and pictures. ReMind was great. I especially love Limit Cut and fighting the new Data Organization. Always a fun challenge. I'm happy with what they've done with ReMind and hope future titles can build upon what they've done here.

I’m in the minority when it comes to how I feel about base and DLC KH3. But regardless of how I feel about KH3, I do enjoy seeing the positivity of the fanbase liking both bad and DLC. Mad props for showing your appreciation for KH3 and the Re:Mind DLC. So much respect. 💯

Honestly kh3 is a solid 9/10 for me. 2nd best kingdom hearts in my opinion. As a whole package now it has alot to offer for all kinds of players. The data greeting was awesome and how you can go out of bounds was an added bonus lol. I don't understand all the mixed reception it got after all the updates and content added.

Wow, I can't believe it's been over a year. I remember spending the latter half of 2019 being incredibly hyped for this, it was also when they dropped the first trailer that I discovered this channel when I saw your reaction to this trailer pop up in my recommended. This DLC is honestly one of the greatest kingdom hearts experiences I've ever had and it gives me hope for the future of the series. I still can't believe it's been a year already!

Definitely was super cool to be able to play everyone. Even of it was just for a short amount of time.

I fully believe the limit cut fights are some of the BEST boss fights in the history of videogames. And yes they are hard as hell( I beat them all on critical) But ALL of them are balanced and most of all FUN AS HELL(besides maybe the Luxord fight lol) And the yozora fight was even better.

The the worst part of Re:Mind, is ironically Re:Mind. I feel like this dlc was perfect with everything else, but the 1 episode drags it down a lot. It turns it from a 10/10 to an 8/10. Still good but just one sour spot.

yes kairi was the highlight for me and she will be a great student to aqua i hope we get training segments like in kh1 bbs and recom i also hope that ava theory is true

I can’t believe its been officially 2 years already for KingdomHearts 3 and 1 Year for Remind!!!!! Its crazy that its been a year and not everyone beat all the bosses lol I definitely beat them all on Critical but that’s how you know Square and Nomura did a good job!!!!!

One thing I did absolutely love about Re:mind, which people tend to overlook is the Concert videos, I shed a tear while watching them since I absolutely love the KH music .... but agree about the price, I think re:mind should of 19.99 and 29.99 for concert edition... Cuz €40 for me was a lot of money and there's a line when it's comes to my "KH fanboyness" lol 🤣

I beat all the Limitcut bosses on Critical but gave up on Yazora. That’s mainly cos I got fed up and googled the ending where you beat him and realised it wasn’t worth the effort haha

I hope in future KH games i hope they let us play as yozora and hes team that would be cool i want to know hes full story and meaning

You’ve definitely got a point with base kh3 revealing was more stuff than the remind DLC overall. Personally I was still able to piece together some of the stuff because I thought all the new stuff would’ve been apart if the base game. Just my opinion anyway.

After a year of Re: Mind releasing it feels incredibly disingenuous to make it seem like a big deal that Final Fantasy characters were selling point for this DLC only for the very next game not to feature them at all

Great video! Your consistent output is impressive. Keep up the hard work! Looking at the whole KH3 situation 2 years later, I think ReMind was an excellent *start* to updating and ReMixing KH3, but because Nomura opted not to touch the base game at all (despite advertising a “Main Story Update”) it unfortunately still fell short of redeeming KH3 to the extent that a lot of disappointed fans were probably hoping it would after waiting an entire year and devoting another $30-$40 to the effort. It is a shame that the disappointment for many in the base game seemed to cast such a big shadow over ReMind, because it meant ReMind had too many expectations to meet and its content often didn’t get a totally fair appraisal (many fans seemed to focus more on all the feedback that did not get addressed, which is an understandable reaction). Most of the superbosses are excellent and show a lot of painstaking work, and the new Keyblade War was a big step closer to the level of cinematic grandeur it should have. It’s undeniable that the devs tried their best to “set things right”, but there was only so much they could do in one year. Abandoning KH3 entirely after ReMind, however, is a big mistake on Nomura’s part. I can understand why he’d prefer to move on, but I think a lot of the disappointed fans-even a few of the hardcore haters lol-would have been open to giving KH3 a Second Chance (lol...). I’ll always be dreaming of a true KH3 Final Mix which finally gives us the epic Xehanort Saga grand finale we all waited so long for (and perhaps an amazing Yoko Shimomura final boss theme for the Old Goat). KH3 has incredible potential. Whether or not that fated day ever comes, ReMind was still a wonderful KH love letter from the devs to the fans!

But i really wonder if they gon to connect the reaper games and verum rex in a Future KH update prodigy what do you think

I just barely finished the game 100% And i'm going after the remind portion

Playstacin already beat you to it but still a great retrospective overall prodigy!

The difficulty of the data battles pissed me off. I don't have the time to grind to max level to have the opportunity to fight on an even footing. It took me less time to replay it on beginner with ohk on and just skip the cutscenes. I still have only beaten a few of the data fights on the other save. Not everyone can dedicate that much time to playing the game to beat this.
