I wanted to see Telluride again. It has been a couple of years and this little town is so full of character. I hope you like our little drive in the Mountain town.
Great job on showing us the main square of Telluride. I've been there a couple of times but I didn't know about Clarks. It's awesome to have a store like that in town.
Indeed, upwards of half a million is more like it! I bought the cheapest house in the valley for $303,000 back in 2007 and that was nine miles down the road in the Ilium Valley. As a matter of fact, I custom-built the home for a client that she's panning over toward right when she makes that erroneous statement and the building costs were roughly 1.5 million dollars back in 2006, while Telluride carried the honor of being the sixth highest rent-district in the USA, so it's likely to be upwards of a million dollar average home purchase in 2020/2021...
😂 thought I was the only one... can't believe I watched the entire thing, but somehow I kept watching her walk the aisles of the grocery store and talk about the low ceilings LOL
@@johnfitzgerald1879: Hey there, John! I believe you were my company's building inspector when I built the house I mentioned in the comment I left for Doug just above this one. I left Telluride in 2014, so it's nice to see evidence of you checking in again!
She lost me at the fireworks 🎆. This place is a nature wonderland. Knowing that they have fireworks here reminds me of how bad humanity is, no matter how quaint the town
