I went on holiday a couple of years ago, completely overindulged on the all inclusive, came home feeling completely lousey, mad a cauliflower curry one day, then turned vegan, just like that, ive been plant based 18months now

Hey Rebecca I've recently had thryoid cancer and I was pretty much eating fish most days i loved it but recently I've really struggled to eat it its just made me feel sick. Normally I don't eat meat but have been able to eat chicken, and beef. Very odd!

She has access to a huge balcony to sunbathe too :) we used to live in a house with a garden and she never wanted to go out so figured we could just live in a flat :) she’s happy

What resources did you use to get your English and maths GCSEs as I don’t have the greatest knowledge in those subjects atm and wanna get into medicine too as a lot of my family are already in the field and wanna do it too, Thanks 🙏

No meat but yes to eggs and cheese would still be vegetarian! It’s just veganism that excludes all products derived from animals. I hope your rash clears up soon! ❤

Hey Rebecca, I'm considering the same path, Med school as a mature student (33) may i ask if you did this because you felt as though your normal day was monotonous and felt purposeless? I want to institute change and make a real difference in the world, have a sense of pride when i come home and not just relief the day is over any insight into your thought process that spurred such a alteration, I hope you're well and greetings and love from New Zealand.

Hi! Thanks for your message. I am on the exactly the same page when it comes to wanting to make a difference in the world and feel as if my life means something. We must feel fulfilment in life otherwise life feels meaningless. I was a personal trainer previously and enjoyed helping people but I knew I could do more for both myself and my patients / clients. I hope that helps
