+Eff Yiew Good news..I just saw Baxter the other day while going through the MT town where he lives. HIs house had been taken down that he was in so I wasn't sure where to find him and felt led to just go into a convenience store and there he was buying a beer. He seems to be doing better in health than he was last time I saw him. He's struggled with a lot of health issues the last few years and wasn't sure he'd still be alive but he's as 'mean as ever' he said :-)

The ARP Omni, Moog Opus 3, and Hohner are still here in the museum/studio you can see virtual tour of on the soundddoctorin sdstudio page or come by if you're in Bozeman, MT. I also have the improved multiman (Orchestrator). The Korg PE2000, Roland RS202 ARP Quartet, Freeman and Multiman all found new homes. I have the OR400 similar to the quartet also and the Korg PE1000 which is more interesting but do miss that niche of the 2000. Each one is so unique but only so much room to have things accessible here. About 70 keyboards set up in the mix.

a friend has one. It's a nice little keyboard for those niche sounds. Very limited otherwise.

The opus is more flexible...omni has the great bass sound and both have a good range of sounds. arp's ensemble is real good of course but the filter on the moog makes the strings more useful I think. Both have their niche things so it somewhat depends on personal taste. Both have great sounds but certainly much more conifigurability on the moog.
