He’s more mobile than most Jedi even without force powers but I still don’t get why he was so difficult to beat using force powers themselves because he doesn’t have a force shield
@@Obsidian567MC This is exactly why Grevious HAD to use psychological warfare and tactics to rattle and exhaust any jedi first, keep them from being able to focus and use those force powers cause if they can? He's just a big cyborg with no force powers of his own and they could literally airjuggle his ass or pin him in the air while the cut his limbs off or anything they can think of... which is why he wanted them unable to Think. That said, having cybernetic reflexes to the point he could actually keep up with jedi who have Precognitive abilities was damn impressive in its own right.

@@brizaydenidk when i was younger i liked them but as i got older i started to see their major flaws. those more like revan once he came back to the light are more appealing, but ive just started to like the villains more and more as time progresses. maybe because it's off the traditional path of what star wars really wants you to like (jedi over sith, rebel alliance over empire, etc)
Originally Grievous was made to be a legendary jedi hunter but they ended up turning him into a cowardly grievous who prioritized his own survival over all things
2003 had that but also clonewars was almost entirely about separatists vs Republic and showing the corruption building from within and greivous massacred a entire race (night sisters) and killed lots of clones quite brutally
"Oh, it's you" Could be said at the starting and ending scene first we are playing hide and seek / sparing with a friend and then "Oh... It's You." At the end of the book/story with something like this :D
I like the title: "A fine addition" because while it shows some of general Grevious's horrors in the clone wars. But when you really think about the padawans and masters he has slain, just to collect their lightsabers, and the bonds and friendships brutally killed by this man, you truly understand the terror that is, General Grevious, and this brings it out so well, gave me chills, keep up the amazing work!
This is so cool. I never thought about how, in the dark, Grievous could look like a friend to a jedi. This level of cinematography and attention to detail (such as the sounds and the cough) are some of the many things Disney have been missing with their shows recently. You guys are really talented, great work!
That would be false, a Jedi can sense the life of another. Especially someone they have had a connection through the force to. In this instance, it appears a young knight has lost his friend in arms, and mistook the situation. It would only be possible for an amateur force user that hasn't learned to attune with the living force, which he would most certainly qualify as, given his apparent age.
Don’t compare few seconds clip with a full series… it’s hard to create an interesting story for 8 hours long… and easier to do something good but short
Most jedi can feel the presence of another, but seeing how most of grievous’ remains are covered by metal, its reasonable that he didn’t sense the presence of grievous quite yet.
I like the theory from another comment that the body was an actual Jedi, and the survivor was a pupil who hadn't mastered the Force yet, hence not immediately realising the lack of life force (plus extra horror once he realises that his master, the one who taught him everything he knows, had already been defeated) @@Solomanon
I think that's probably the best way to make Grievous look menancing without ignoring his cowardness. Make him hunt jedi one by one like he's a xenomorph
I got a good caption for this lol. "The jedi stood there at the realisation that he would be next, yet a jedi would be a jedi. He stood there with his saber ready to fight despite knowing that he's at a great disadvantage and that he might soon join his comrades, yet he stood strong, not backing down instead, he prepared himself... Accepting what might soon be, his death."
I could imagine a scene like this playing in one of the movies, like maybe ROTS, and then after grievous starts spinning his sabers, later in the movie Obi-wan finds this guy's corpse. But it doesn't show it, it just shows Obi's reaction and the corpse's shadow.
