A flustered Senator Hester blames public for delay on FOIA bill 

Senate President Bart Hester blamed the public for influencing FOIA legislation by putting pressure on members of Senate State Agencies. After a full day of promising the public a FOIA bill on which they could comment, Hester told constituents that no bill would be heard. The Senator refused to make promises about when a future bill would be presented, heard in committee, and voted on.
