Katy Swift you could say that about anywhere. You can have pride in any place and it’s usually somewhere you’re connected to, like how I’ve grown up here. Say you have pride in coming from LA or Atlanta. I could say that’s dumb, there are better cities. It’s all relative. I have pride because this is where I’m from and it has its own issues like every other place in the world but there is also a lot of beauty and strength in it

War zone lol that's one of the safest neighborhoods in Albuquerque nowadays I remember the war zone in the 80s 90s all the way up to 2000 when the California baldi's thought they were going to take over New Mexico and the .P got involved it was game over for them

I wish this girl nothing but happiness, success and that she will read the Bible . No matter where you live no matter what town or state you live in there is good and bad. It is how you decide to live your life. God will guide your way if you obey him. Miss Texas Reppin I hope you think twice about what you just said. Do not wish bad on anyone or any place pray that God will bless this world. I pray that no town or country ever burns down. Good luck to this mom that chooses to take a different path. I hope you are learning how to be gentle with yourself and take good care of yourself. Living through abuse as a child made it hard for me to give myself access to all the support and and resources and kindness that are available in this world (as well as a familiarity with dysfunctional relationships). I'm 44 now and after years of therapy and 12 Step recovery work in sobriety, still have to watch closely for my tendency to neglect myself as well as a high tolerance for misery and pushing myself too hard. We all deserve access to professional support and expertise, the opportunity to learn every possible tool that our parents didn't know how to give us, and guidance from people who have been in our shoes and so know the invisible obstacles we have to overcome inside and have suggestions for how to live a joyful life. For years I avoided that as if getting help would somehow prove that I wasn't damaged. I wish I had gotten over that silliness sooner!

We also need to vote out our career politicians who get rich by keeping us poor.

@ThirdeyeStrike Dodge City. Totally Lawless when i lived there early 90's. Never felt safe without a pistol. War Zone, Barelas, SouthValley constant daily gunfire; gang wars entire 5 years i was there. Poor as WestVirginia, lotsa guns, heroin, crystal meth, cocaine. Lotsa Liquor stores, strip clubs and bars. Human wreckage everywhere.
