1 cup (100g) oatmeal.
240 ml milk of your choice.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
2 eggs.
1/3 cup (100g) Greek yogurt.
Enable subtitles in your language.
1 tablespoon stevia or other sweetener of your choice.
Salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
50 grams of walnuts.
Vegetable fat.
Use baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.

1 teaspoon instant coffee.
130 grams of hot water.
1½ cups (150 g) oatmeal.
1/3 cup (50g) chia seeds.
1/2 cup (50g) sweetener.
1 cup (240 ml) non-dairy milk or milk of your choice.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
