I think that: "Lethal Trackdown" is my favourite of the episodes - any pre-Disney Ahsoka adventures would catch my attention. As to "why Ahsoka" - she and Jedi Master Plo Koon shared a bond; it was he, after all, who first brought her to Temple as a youngling (as first referenced in "Rising Malevolence"). It's a shame that their relationship was never further explored in TCW or the EU. The Zillo Beast arc is perhaps is perhaps my least favourite - a little *too* derivative of the Japanese monster film Godzilla. And as to why Palpatine had it brought to a population centre like Coruscant - he's a power hungry individual who cares nothing for the wellbeing of others - only the acquisition of more power. And I don't think that Mount Tantiss had been added to TCW lore at that point.
