In this scene (The first experience), Ahsoka disobeys her orders and has to do Jedi Guard duty as punishment when she gets back to Coruscant The next time, she, Anakin, and Obi-wan crash land into Felucia. They end up fighting pirates alongside bounty hunters. When the 501st and Wolffe Pack return to Felucia, she gets Kidnapped by Trandoshans. Then she has to run for her life as she becomes part of their hunting game for 3 episodes
But it was Warthog, he's canonized as being one of the best pilots in the entire republic military, so he's way too valuable to let die. Seriously I saw somewhere that he has over 400 confirmed kills which is only second to I believe Oddball who has something closer to 800. I'd say it was a necessary move by Plo
Younger Kootz But Umbara does not have flesheating diseases, mud that covers you half the time, or shireking nocturnal predators like aklays suddenly turn up to drag your friends into the dark of Felucia to become meals.
TFA Ultimate Prowl Felucia has Sarlacc pits so big that they eat Rancors. That and dark-side corrupted Felucians with archaic weapons that can deflect lightsabers...AND tame rancors, like the Dathomiri Nightsisters. Also, Felucia is just a generally horrible place.
@@imtheconstitution1190 To be fair Mual and his forces were taking such a beating by both the CIS and the republic. Still a victory and a great moment. I can't wait to see it later this year in season 7!
3:00 I love how all the clones just run towards the gunship. Everyone is aware but Ahsoka that the battle droids are regrouping. And Ahsoka got warned!
"It's been said that the Five-Oh-First got the best of the war. We also got the worst. On Felucia, the Seps dug their metal heels into the muck of that alien hell and dared the Republic to come in after them. So we did, only to met with the month after month of flesh eating diseases, shrieking nocturnal predators, and other sights that haunt me to this day. Cut off and for all we knew abandoned by our superiors, our only hope was Aayla Sakura, our jedi commander. Without her iron will, none of us would have come out of that mess with our sanity, or our lives. When her death came, I hope it was quick. She earned that much." -Journal log of the 501st
I love how Ahsoka likes fighting atop vehicles rather than on the ground. Each Jedi has a certain type of fighting style or tactic that they employ and it's neat to see the writers and animators pay close attention to that.
Well, deflection blaster bolts from handweapons, aimed at a heavily armored tank is not what I would call efficient. What helps, however, is, that she can oversee the battle from that point.
@@danielk5780 While you are slightly right, in many cases she seems to be protecting some of the more vulnerable parts of the heavy equipment while simultaneously hitting blaster bolts back at the enemy. Making sure to keep at least one piece of heavy weaponry safe and effective seems to be a good strategy.
Idk why some of the fan base hated Little 'Soka in these seasons - she's exactly the kind of little shit that Anakin was in Ep 2. And they both grew out of it into great commanders.
Yeah, but that would also mean they would have to deal with the council, which I am pretty annoyed with, but unfortunately my disappointment with her is only outweighing that part
I can’t help but notice the great teamwork in this battle. Plo Koon covers the gunships as they travel to the surface, then saves Warthog by shooting down two Vultures. Obi-Wan fights side-by-side with Anakin for almost the entire battle and pulls him out of the way of the crashing fighter. It’s seriously inspiring to see the Jedi and clones working together.
*Anakin:* Ahsoka, I'm very disappointed in you. *Ahsoka:* I know. *Anakin:* You could have been killed! You deliberately disobeyed me and Obi-Wan! And what's worse - you put your troops in danger! *Ahsoka:* I was just trying to be brave like you. *Anakin:* I'm only brave when I have to be. Ahsoka... being brave doesn't mean you go looking for trouble. *Ahsoka:* Oh you mean like what you did in Revenge of the Sith? *Anakin:* Let's... not talk about that.
goldenhedgehog9 Ahsoka :... God dammit OBI WAN KENOBI :know anakin are you not just a tad mean Anakin : What you did the same to me yes but you were a total bitch( excuse me for my foul language ) and I heard a always heard lots of movement next store ...

But worst of all, was that meddlig padawan of our general. She got more than half of her squad killed when she disobeyed orders. When her death came, I hope it wasn't quick. She earned nothing much
Andrew S She's taller and more angular in the face; it makes sense (she is about 30-35 in Rebels), but she looks almost a little too old. Kinda miss the face of season 5 Ahsoka, a cute middle ground between this video clip and Rebels.
Bram Janssens I've....ive...done all I can....gone to a therapist....a Priest....but the nightmares just won't go away... Mission fail....mission fail....mission fail....in 2 minutes...OH GOD!!!!!
Obi: “you WILL get on the gunships when we arrive” I love that this is literally the equivalent of “You WILL be brushing your teeth before we leave” or some other parenty thing like that lmao💀😂
“You are putting your troops lives in danger” she’s done that waaaay too many times, I remember when she sacrificed a whole squad of bombers and then they let her command a venator...
I will always love the sounds of the Republic gunships, that humming sound that almost sounds like its going up and down in octaves extremely quickly. So satisfying to hear
Eric Krizizke Even so, it makes sense. The rebellion did not have the resources or the manpower to sustain large scale battles like the republic or CIS during the clone wars. Star Wars rebels focuses more on the early rebellion, mostly hit and run tactics and guerrilla warfare. They're limited to what little they have.
Eric Krizizke Something Rebels also lacks is lethal lightsabers. They never cut people down with the lightsabers. I like the show just something I noticed
Felucia is the Star Wars Vietnam, terrible conditions,a Merciless enemy,Disease everywhere, thick dense Jungle but Felucia also has those Acklay things
I remember 10-year-old me being so hyped for this episode to air. Clone Wars was my favorite show even after only one season and I could not wait for Season 2.
"Marines, WE ARE LEAVING!" - Cpl. Hicks, Aliens "On your feet soldier, WE ARE LEAVING!" - Cpt. Price, Modern Warfare "Come on, grunts! WE ARE LEAVING!" - Cpt. Rex, Clone Wars
This might be reaching, but I’m almost certain the way in which Rex says “We! Are! Leaving!” is a slight reference to the Crew Expendable mission in CoD 4 where Price says that line in the exact same way. Same inflection, everything.

3:20 You mean to tell me all of those things surrounding the tanks were all battle droids? They weren't kidding with the word Overrun. Really only thought it was on the front but there's way more droids than I thought.
