Thank you all so much for your patience, I was already a big fan of BTS just based on their music and some of the content I've seen from them but this guide really made me appreciate them on a whole other level, their story is incredibly inspiring and very humbling as well! I hope you guys enjoy the video, thank you for your support!

Not one Army alive catches everything in a BTS MV or song the first listen/watch. It takes me so many repeats, and even years later I will sometimes have an epiphany about a lyric/wordplay/ MV symbolism. Happened yesterday with a Cypher 2 lyric- and I have heard and read the translations So. MANY. Times. BTS music is multilayered and gets better and better over time with deeper understanding. So absolutely do not feel pressured to catch everything. None of us do- and that's part of the fun. Getting to know the music slowly over time.

Thank you for starting this channel. You have no idea how much I look forward to your reactions. You have been with me through some tough times and helped me cope with a lot of things. So essentially you have been my emotional "painkiller" if I can call it that. Thank you for the hard work and care you put into these videos

BTS song MVs are like a multi-layered cake. There are the lyrics, then there is the story behind the lyrics, then there is the Korean meaning of some words, then the word play, then the connections to other songs, etc... The icing (the dancing, the beautiful faces, the outfits) are just the first thing to digest before you get into the "cake" itself.

I’m just starting this but I wanted to say your story really touched me. I’m going through something kind of similar. I have had 50 plus surgeries. And now I have no kidneys and im on dialysis so I defiantly get what you are saying. Thank you for sharing that with us.

before namjoon’s solo debut - indigo, i really recommend you listen to his mixtape called mono - ideally in one go and in the order of the songs. it’s comfort and healing and understanding packed into beautiful songs that will warm your soul and make you feel like things are going to be okay

I was there at wembley stadium singing to them! the most magical moment I will never forget. I feel extremely lucky to of experienced seeing them live. It wasn't without difficulties, losing out on tickets a few times! sorry I am not trying to brag, I know a lot of people that have not been able to see them. But after seeing that at the end of the guide, it had me choked up and I had to comment the memory. Thank you for reacting to this Daniel. BTS were my first boy kpop group I stanned many years ago and they will always have a special place in my heart, their music has helped me immensely, and each of their personalities. I am so sorry for everything you've suffered. They say that BTS comes into your life when you need them the most. I think a lot of us have similar stories. They're extraordinary men, not just for their talents, but also for who they are as human beings. BTS are not just a credit to South Korea, they're a credit to humanity. So I haven’t finished this reaction yet, but I just wanted to say that it’s okay if you don’t catch everything in a MV. It’s your first reaction to them and it can be overwhelming when you’re trying to focus on the song and the visuals. I had been following BTS since September 2019, but I still missed the JinKook cameo. I love this reaction so far!💜 And I love when you dive deep into what BTS’s music/MVs mean to you!

Really appreciate the personal story sharing. 💔 I can relate. BTS is my personal painkiller (Like litterally, Jin's voice in particular hits something in my nervous system which, when used as sound therapy, has allowed me to cut my pain medication by 2/3, thus adding years to the time before pain meds will stop working for me.) They and my fellow ARMYs have truly saved my life and helped restore my faith in humanity. I love how RM categorized the percentage of their Success, instead of saying cliche things like "Oh We'll give 100% to our Fans" He mentioned Everyone who is behind their Success, n thts a Great Leader right there. BTS don't fake it, like many other Artists do. n Even tho BTS is the one who made Army and their small company This big by their Hardwork, Amazing Music n Lyricism, he still gave themselves a small portion of their Success when they r the one who deserves the most, thts why I love BTS 💜💜

I've heard there are many k pop idols and actors who are not humble at all and full of themselves. its like that in the industry in any country. many act humble outside of South Korea cause they don't only represent themselves but their country so many will be on their best behavior. but if you see others who have worked with BTS whether from South Korea or abroad they all say how humble, kind and professional they all are. so personally I think BTS is they way they are because of what they've suffered. not members were poor when joining BTS. some had lived comfortably while others struggled financially, especially Suga. however you wouldn't even know they are millionaires now by how humble and charitable they are. love these guys so much. they too helped me during times of medical crisis and they still do

I was really suffering mentally and their songs really were there through the hardest times. I know this was 9 months ago, but I just found it today...and I totally understand what you mean about all their songs. If you count BTS as a whole, unit songs, solos, OST's, collaborations...even commercials (because they don't just record a 5-10 second part, most of their songs for commercials are even 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes long)...well, total, they have around 1,000 songs. I don't think anyone truly knows their entire discography...certainly not by heart at least! There's just SO much, it's impossible.

BTS was my pain killer when i was suffering mentally and emotionally..i used to self torture and i stopped doing it when i found BTS..they really helped me alot...!! I'm glad BTS (and k pop) was so good for you in such a hard time. I understand it. I got to know BTS in May 2021 and 2021 was one of the worse years of my life: my cousin almost died from COVID19 and his recouver was difficult too, my grandfather died after 21 hard days of my family lives, my cat died in my arms and I was so sad that year that I had a hormonal break down. I always say: if wasn't BTS and my bff support, I dont know how I wasn't going to fall on depression again. BTS were angels in my life, they made me happy to be alive so I could hear them, see them. And to see they are so kind and good makes me even more proud! I love your reactions, I dont mind the pauses. You are such a smart and sensible person! Thank you for sharing your story with us

loved the reaction!! this is one of the best guides to react to however they dont go deep enough into the hardships bts faced. please react to bts hardships 2013 - 2021 by xceleste you said in the beginning no one talks about how bts started/struggled but thats not the case armys talk about it all the time its non armys who dont know about it no matter how much armys tell people because as you will see in the hardships video everyone is stacked against bts from the kpop industry to kpop fans to media in korea to media in other countries to western music fans to general public of any country everyone makes their own judgement about bts and sees that as facts instead of actually going deeper. why i love reactors is cause a large chunk of you do go deeper and i see the lightbulb finally light up when you realize why bts is where they are. taylors video helps but xcelestes video does a lot to put into perspective. i also highly suggest bbygangmags videos he discusses bts and kpop in general as well as boracity magazine like her bts vs radio video. most people who are not deep into being armys dont know how much people try to tarnish and stop bts from growing even now in 2022 but especially 2016 and before. please please react to these videos so you can understand what i mean im not good at explaining.

BTS has said themselves it is what you interpret it as. They want you to get something out of it and if someone's tells you your wrong in your opinion then they are wrong. That is not what BTS wants. I have lived with chronic pain for nearly 3 decades now and their song ON is what drew me in, their lyrics and amazing performances is what took me down the rabbit hole, but it's their message and their amazing personalities and hearts that keep me here. Some of my favorite reactions/reactors have the same issue you are experiencing - they want to deep dive to give it the attention it deserves. I am so happy to hear you feel the the same. So that will release longer reactions but centered on one song. They react toL song, coolest lyrics, BTS =wiki for info about the song, MV, behind, sometimes clips of the members discussing the song etc. Get a FULL feel for the entire song. These are genuinely my fav reactions. Some other reactions/reactors will just start from the beginning - the whole album or whatever it is. I really think you are awesome - and can figure out maybe what works best for you. I promise we will all hang around and watch! ARMY will be excellent recommenders. I have sent long posts will ALL the links one would need to explore just an entire song. It is truly a rabbit hole. There are 10 years worth of content to explore. Just take your time and do it however makes you feel comfortable. DONT FEEL PRESSURED. ALSO - Rise of Bangtan is a GREAT way to dive DEEP. I am sure other have recommended it. But in case they didn’t - it is an ARMY that works in the entertainment industry that made QUALITY content that captures BTS from start until about late 2018- early 2019. She took a break from the series, but will come back to finish one day. It is a chronological account and puts together a lot of information into 30 minute episodes, with some hilarious bonus content too. A lot of the music she uses are b-sides, but she included the song titles so you could write down what you like and react to those songs as well. :). SORRY I ranted again…😂. I just like helping people if possible/where I can. I am 36 yr old ARMY on the east coast! Thanks again for giving the guys a chance. I hope you can enjoy the ride. It’s okay to love them all lol honestly most army are hardcore ot7 who have a bias based on who they relate to the most .. or for who they’re the most attracted to lol but this group is the group they are and the place they are bc they have always put the group first…. They all support one another and promote each other and they’re each other’s biggest fans. You can’t be an army if you don’t love and support them all… but biases happen for some more than others… and that’s fine as well… as long as you love them and support them… then that’s what really matters 💜

First of all, thank you so much for your reaction. Second of all, I'm glad you're recovering well. As for BTS, it changed my life. I am a 45 year old Portuguese mother and fell in love with the boys in 2016. I have mental health problems and I can say that they had already saved my live countless times. It is the magic of BTS, whatever the situation, there is a music that comforts us and encourages us to move forward. For me are like children, I am extremely proud of all the everything they do. I've been to the concert in London, Wembley Stadium, and sing forever young and see the joy and astonishment of them. While BTS are focusing on solo projects and completing military service it is reactors like you that are going to keep us ARMY going! I really hope you start to go through their music catalogue. It isn't an easy watch but I think you should react to 'BTS Hardships (updated ver.)' by XCELESTE. Everyone who loves BTS and is on their way to becoming ARMY should know what they have been through, and are still going through! You can't put anything right if you don't know you are doing anything wrong, so from this perspective this actually helps by raising awareness.💜

i think everyone is going through something i had also shoulder sergery 2 month ago , it was painful. i couldn't use my one arm ,it was frustrating really. it is still painful bc they put a plate on there ,and they will take it after 1 and half year later ,soo it is painful. but it is ok for me bc i can endure the physical pain but i can't bear the mental stress ,few years ago i had some issue and i was soo depressed i didn't sleep and eat properly nearly for 4 or 5 months ,slowly my mental health was getting worst . but i recover from it. i'm not in soo good condition rn ,but yaa i'm ok ok.. and i hope everything will be fine in your life too. . keep going keep shining. 💜💜
