Dawn of DC makes me happy, it's everything I've been wanting for years; Titans, Green Arrow, Green Lantern. Action Comics and Superman are AWESOME, Nightwing and Batman. I could go all day. The creative teams are great!
Fav Dawn of DC book is hard because Shazam is hitting it out of the park but so is both Superman and Action Comics, but so is SPIRIT WORLD. Gonna be all over Hawkgirl when it drops though.
this was really helpful, im mainly a marvel reader but ive been picking up some dawn of dc. your summaries helped illuminate a few titles that didnt seem interesting to me based on just the basic summaries in the preview books. heavily considering picking up GL and Action Comics depending how serious you plan on taking youtube, if you make a tiktok, making these kinds of summaries for each new books that drops in dawn of dc would make for great short form content great work man :)
I am just happy to see my boy young 10 year old Jonathan Samuel Kent superboy back in dc comics again because damn it I miss him so much everyday in the mainstream dc comics universe at least in my opinion.
Unstoppable Doom Patrol is hitting all the right spots for me right now (also because is filling the void the show left) and Superboy: Man of Tomorrow has been a great surprise for me, I didn't think I'd love it as much as I have been
Superman right now is my favorite run of the character since Action Rebirth. Green Lantern I like, kinda bummed it stops for 2 months for Knight Terrors after issue 2. Gonna miss Adam’s on Flash but can’t wait for the new run in September.
When a video about comic books immediately makes you want to pick up a comic, it means the video's a great success. Hey, I just wanted to say this is a great first RU-vid video! Definitely better than 90% of people's first attempts. I wanted to jump in for some quick advice most people would miss that I think can really turn this video up to 11: 1. Your thumbnail is a bit busy! Viewers natrually in the top left corner and go left to right as their eye is led. Currently, this is how your thumbnail, leads the eye: Oliver's bow points to Powergirl, Powergirl's body leads to "Dawn of DC", then they stop. This leaves Kendra and a lot of the right side of the image completely unncessary since viewers aren't led there, nor do they lead back/out of the Dawn of DC logo. 2. I checked the tags on this video, and I believe you use 18 in total. It's good to have relevant tags, but you want to try to limit them somewhat so around 10, and definitely no more than 15! Your tags also only reflect the literal content of the video, not what people are searching for when they would want to watch this video! Some keywords I think could be added to content like this would be something like "Reading Guide" or "Starting Point". There are definitely other minor things you can improve like ensuring continuity between shots, but a lot of that is easy to catch to anyone watching the video, and I wanted to point out some less common critiques that you may have seen! I look forward to seeing more of your content in the future!

The wait for this was long but I gotta say it was worth it, the video came out great and it made me want to re-read most of these titles. I really enjoyed your energy and the banter with Neb was super funny and it adds a lot of charm and character, I think. will you make guide videos for new readers? for example, I haven't read any dc comic apart from supergirl woman of Tomorrow since I am more of a quality guy than long-running contunity. But I wanna know and read about green lanterns and booster gold. Where to start? Though I don't wanna read all the comics since green lantern was created just to know enough about them.
That’s a good idea! I think since the DC Universe is so big, it really depends on what you’re interested in specifically. Booster Gold has some really good stories in JLI as well as in 52. Dawn of DC Green Lantern is not a bad place to start for GL, and you might also have fun with Blackest Night.
Dawn of DC is real Wierd Because Green Lantern, Action and Superman are Real good right now, and these are books I'm glad are Thriving I think i'm just concerned about the Question mark of Simon Spurriers Flash. Adam's Flash run was Everything I ever wanted out of a Flash book, And reading Spurriers story for Flash 800 left me feeling Empty and a bit anxious for the future of my Favourite Character
