Taking Kromer to the Olive Garden to meet the parents is just such a specific scenario I couldn't help but crack up. As for the PM Discord, or fandoms in general, everyday we stray further from Carmen's light.

While I didn't share my stash because I didn't have the original artists name, people did ping me asking for art of their favourite character.

After having been in the MLP fandom as an emotionaly vulnerable teenager, nothing this video could throw at me shocked me in any way. I knew a guy who married his twilight sparkle plushie, who he was convinced was alive and talking to him. Yes, he had a hole for it. Yes, he washed it. And yes, he engaged in scatological fetishism with

oh my christ as a resident of the PM discord and seeing "the hentai incident" I am not surprised. It happens way too often.

As an ex-mod on this server (got mod in the 2020 server merge, stepped down august 2021) this place is an actual nightmare. I literally stopped being active in any significant way after about a month because it was taking too much of a toll on my mental health. As such, I saw the majority of the server controversy from the backend without doing nothing because it was just too much for me. I was not mod of this server by choice, ever. Before 2020, there were actually multiple pm english servers, each tied to their respective subreddit. Both subs and respective discord servers (limbus hadn't been announced yet) were owned by the same guy, I think it was u/vault114 or something like that. I was on the Lobotomy Corp server as it's one of my favorite games of all time, but I didn't care much for Library (still don't very much tbh, haven't finished it). The Library server was a lot larger, and contained much more of the vitriolic nature of the fanbase, as it was newer, so the LC server was much smaller and actually a pretty good place to hang out. Vault eventually opened up mod applications on both servers, as he was a primarily inactive owner, and so I applied and got the role. Unfortunately, Vault got himself permabanned on reddit shortly after for inciting violence and that meant that the subreddits were up for grabs after 30 days. A user named u/ArdentArcane got the LC subreddit, while everyone's favorite server owner, Eric got the library one. From here on, a lot of discussion is in mod channels that I can no longer access, so my memory may be faulty. Vault kept hold of the discord servers for a while, but eventually, the Library side was running and having policy changes spearheaded by Eric that Vault never saw before posting. This led to a dispute that ended in Vault giving up both servers to the most active mod on each, being Eric and I respectively. To recap, the LC subreddit was owned by Ardent, I owned the LC discord, and Eric owned both the library Sub and discord. Not even a week after Eric stepped down, I got contacted by Eric. I wasn't active on the Library server, so we had never talked, but he made what may be the dumbest proposition in the history of the server. He wanted to merge the discord servers into one. (To preface this next part, I should probably explain a bit more abt myself. At the time, I was 15, going through a lot mentally, and had MAJOR self-confidence issues. This led to me being a bit of a pushover in terms of decision making and deliberation.) I recognized how terrible of an idea this was at the time, and tried to argue against it. But when I fought back in any way he quite literally resorted to threatening me into going along with a plan that I had no part in creating. Below is the comment, a decent amount of it is verifiably lies. "Inhales See, here's the thing, Charvari. Both me and Borb [Ardent], the subreddit owners, and the subreddit mods from both the LoR and LC subreddits, and the LoR discord mods have all generally agreed that a merger would be the best course of action. And we're tired, because we've been planning this for months. So, I'll be laying it out flat here. As the subreddit owner, Borb can technically just cut ties from the current Discord and set it into the LoR server we're planning to turn into a hub for all general Project Moon stuff in the future. I really don't want to have to do this, but again, this has been planned for months. So, here's the deal. Either A), You can choose to officially cut ties from the LC subreddit, but you'll have to disassociate yourself from the subreddit in the procedure, Or B), You can choose to merge with us, and we can start the process at the end of the week." This comment scared me enough into capitulating. I had only just gotten the server, I didn't want to lose it so quickly. I was so stressed that I didn't even think to verify any of this with Ardent, and that was a pretty big mistake as Ardent was waiting for my approval before taking a side! There was no threat of losing association with the sub (this was important at the time btw because it was the only way anyone found the link) and literally nothing would have happened if I had said no. Also, there had been no "planning for months", just another empty lie. As reluctant as I was, the merge happened. I messed it up and sent an influx of users to the server early, which I'm kinda happy about now because it was all on Eric to deal with it lol. Oopsie, idiot. Also, I never got owner on the new server. I effectively was demoted to mod and Ardent was made Co-owner. Ardent was a genuinely cool person, and probably my favorite staff member so in hindsight I was fine with that tbh. The server was structured mainly the same way it is now, with sectioned off areas. As one of the LC mods, I was supposed to take care of the LC section and the main social channels. I couldn't handle more than 5 minutes in social, and the LC area didn't have much activity at the time. This led to me having nothing to really do there, and I kinda drifted away from most of the server quickly. What I did stay active in, and where I got most news of the server, was the mod channels. Oh. My. God. I don't remember much from that time, but I remember the mod team had to basically act as a babysitter to Eric, every time he'd have his weekly meltdown. I remember Alphachad (one of the Library mods, generally chill guy and pastor of the Malkuth wedding) having to have multiple 1 on 1 chats with him just to keep the server afloat. I don't think I'll ever know if Eric's server merge was another bid for power, or just a genuinely stupid idea, but it disintegrated the community I came to love. Being the vindictive loser I was, I started messing with Eric intentionally. Most of the things I did even I have forgotten, but sometimes they just hit different. I highly, HIGHLY recommend you look up the words "long feet" on the server and read through some of the older results. I suppose this is an admission of guilt, but we'll see if I get banned lol. If y'all wanna ban me, maybe I should add that I leaked almost everything to a select group of individuals whenever I found anything Eric was doing to be particularly awful. Eventually, there was a boiling point (I want to say it was Maklut's ban? idk) and Eric stepped down as owner, letting Wiinner (current owner) take over. Shortly after, Eric was banned for trying to delete evidence related to his stepping down (????? I have no idea). Regardless, he was banned within a few days of his departure, and while I hadn't been mod for a while (I stepped down shortly before Ardent iirc) I still had access to mod channels under the ex-mod role. This was quickly changed under the new owner, and I haven't stepped foot there since. Uhh shoot this turned into me spouting grievances very quickly. I'm more than happy to answer any other questions in the replies, but I've had issues with longer YT comments getting flagged before. A few last notes to back my credibility - I'm credited as making the "Chaotic Dipheck" (trying not to get this flagged) role after winning one of the tetris tournaments - You can see me in the video at 2:26 in the sidebar under the "sephira" (LC mod) role.

A rule of thumb is to never join the fandom of a niche game, especially its discord/reddit counterpart

I'm so happy that Krooming is real. In any other fandom, I would have had to make that up myself. But here, we are many. Here, we are strong. Now, the masses seem to be more attracted to Kromer than anything else, while I view her as she viewed herself in the Mirror before her own Krooming began and instead fixate on Sinclair, but we share a common ground. We will work together, and ensure that Nagel und Hammer succeeds. Not necessarily in their final goal, but at least in allowing KrinClair to become real again. We MUST beat the restraining order. We MUST reunite the fated one with her Kroomfie. IT SHALL BE DONE.
