I am a proponent of helping people especially down on their luck but am conflicted not wanting to supply addicts or alcoholics by enabling them....not being judgemental just want to help those who help themselves
We could use japanse capsal hotels and covert them and use them in the usa as a homeless shelter fit more people so can help more could use big common bathroom and shower area for males and females sections

I'm on Hamilton and Oakman at the 76Gas Station. I just watch 2 men give another guy money as he stood by the gas pumps to shelter himself from the rain. The Oakman bus came and he preceded to get on it, with his newly gotten money. lol. There is a saying about a Fool and His Money "will" part. Homelessness is such a Damn scam in the US, where most poor people are fat and our so-called homeless appears to be well fed. Unless you been overseas, you don't have a damn clue, what homelessness and poor looks like!! This is such a scam.

He should move to a Republican state , get a simple normal job and an apartment . He could live a nice life . What the hell is he staying in Detroit for ?
