A huge thank you from a PTSD Survivor. 

For today's 31 days of Christmas we hear from a very brave PTSD survivor who happens to be one of the charities trustee's. He wanted to say thank you to all the social media followers, for all of the messages, for all of the feedback and for all of the support.
He gives a brief explanation on how the organisation started, followed by the importance of understanding and recognising this illness.
I am very proud of our trustee member, who is responsible for our social media marketing, that we enjoy every day.
This took a lot of encouragement from the team and a lot of courage for him to record this, not to mention for him to give permission to upload it. But he understands battling his nerves and emotions this one day, may save someone's life the next.
