Someone mentioned this before, but at this point, he's just a better version of Silvanna, with better ult's lockdown and MUCH better 2nd skill (stun doesn't cancel Minshittar's 2nd skill's state). Even his revamped 2nd skill also counts as basic atk, making them even more similar. I do hope Moonton at least buff Silvanna too, since she's totally outclassed by the revamp Minsi now
Its really good when i tried him. Also, hope that it isnt a bug, but i found out that doing auto attacks then using the 2nd skill makes him spam his basic attacks alot faster than a normal person can
@@suffering9481 I'm pretty sure that's not a bug since they disable auto attack in that state meaning your attack speed is how fast you can spam the button.
From what i tested, his 2nd skill is really op because the damage reduction still works even when stunned, meaning that powerful moves thats from the front still gets reduced
Dominance Ice is the perfect item for Minsitthar -It gives mana so that he can spam his skill many times -Unique passive works well buz of his pulling skill

As a old minsi main im glad he is getting a revamp he really deserves it before the revamp he was quite balanced but some heroes were better. But it hurts me how he plays minsi;-:
He were balanced? I am a minsittar player and I say he is trash , specialy his first skill and his ulti is not good too. Only thing I liked was his second skill Good thing he is getting revamped.
@@godfather855 The only let down is really his passive overall if you can combine the skills for a good combo u can really one-shot almost any mm assassin and mage I dont think you actually play minsi The combo i use is Flicker+ult+basic atk+ 2nd skill + when they are about to escape use 1st skill

Original server prediction time. 1. damage reduction on skill 2 are for sure getting hit, to 50% (or 45% even). 2. Passive stun duration gonna get lowered or change to immobilization. 3. first skill either has a limitation on how many enemies it can pull or reverted back to how it was before (only pulling the furthest enemy). I still don't know how i feel about this, to be fair this is kinda broken. High damage output while being tanky and have 3 CCs in which 2 of them are aoe. I don't mind his 2nd skill and ult but that skill 1 is too strong.
about his 1st they can increase the cd and make it unable to benefit from cd, 16-18 would be okish considering that this thing could be a damn ult to a different character
@@honorstealer Possibly, though idk the effectiveness of that, since he’s going to be a hero with 2 ult (considering cd changes like you mentioned) if he missed or wasted the two abilities, he has nothing left and suddenly it become a disadvantage for his team. XP lane sitthar might not as much but roamer minsitthar will suffer from this cuz most of the time only roamer has heavy cc for the team.
7:40 I don't know if this is a bug or not, but Selena's catfish shot didn't hit Ruby which was clearly on its way when the ruby was pulled by Mishitar using skill 1
No it's okay let me explain First once he activates the skill you can't change direction So after some changes on minisi you'll find out the second skill is not that OP Also martis damage reduction on his second skill and its also a cc skill is quite busted but this feels balanced cause some heroes like chou can easily outplay him and go to his back.
@Idowu Tobi basically any attacks from the direction he is facing is reduced. BUT if you can flank him or hit him from another dorection je will take damage as normal. Ill admit tho. Fighting him as ruby is gonna suck given that you.cant dash after a skill anymore while ult is up
I think the dev will nerf his Passive stun instead of 0.8 to 0.5 And reduce the damage reduction from his second skill from 75 to 50 Also i think because of the buff the dev will reduce his base damage or hp growth (Apologies if my grammar is bad)
And his passive is that he's the only one who can trigger the stun with his basic attack including his 2nd skill. While the Ult can give stacks, it will not trigger the stun since it's too good to have an AOE stun since the Ult already has anti-dash.
I feel like they'll attempt to "balance" Minsithar by adding more CD to his first skill, considering it can pull loads of enemies and can even go through minions, the possibility of this happening is pretty high. Either that, or they'll shorten the length of his first skill.

They should probably reduce the damage reduction he gets from 75% to 35% - 50% as he levels up. I think they should also reduce the damage he deals to turrets using his 2nd skill to 75% or at least 80%. Lastly, I think that they made his 1st skill's control too op as his passive and ultimate is already good enough. It's like Alpha's ultimate but made safer as Minsitthar doesn’t need to engage to the enemies himself. They should probably revert it to only one enemy getting hooked or at least only 2 to 3. If not, they should increase its cooldown.
This revamp is not gonna get much nerfs the 75% damage reduction might high but if you are smart you just have to target minsi from the back instead of attacking him in front.
So it’s like a Franco-Lolita-Silvanna mash up, but better, cause he hooks multiple enemies, can attack like Silvanna while protects himself like Lolita (he can even attack a turret doing that), and has slow, stun and flicker-nulling effects while he ults… Mmmmm pretty balanced hero, actually. 😓
Hey there! Another minsithar tester here. Strangely DHS didnt work for me while using him. But anyways, heres a tip for his basic attack. Dont do anything, let the bots auto attack if you cant spam fast enough. Let it auto attack FIRST, then use the skill and dont do anything. I used this and melted towers in my vid, got 50% turret dmg. Ofc tho, dont do that for heros since they move around.
1st skill: A better area cc hook than Franco and Ruby combined (can use flicker too) 2nd skill: In built queen wings passive , better Lolita's shield with a spear which can attack and even push turrets 3rd skill: Better Silvana and old minsi ultimate passive : Much much better passive if you combine it with the other skills Bruh he is going straight into the ban section just after release if he is not nerfed on the 1st or 2nd skill
ROLE: to be honest, I like him as a Roamer/Tank. The 2nd skill is pretty handy against HP Based DPS attacks. Aldous with 500 stacks can't one shot you if you use 2nd skill in front of him. Same goes with Change's ult and the rest. SPELL: Being tank/roamer, I use Sprint. It's because you can escape after surviving from burst attacks like Aldous. BUILD: Tank items with high def like Blade Armor and Athena's Shield suit him. I recommend buying Wings of Apocalypse too and Immortality for survival. I also try the Thunder Belt too because of instant additional Slow when using 2nd skill. It's pretty helpful when using ultimate so they can't escape easily on your Ultimate area (unless they use sprint too). FOR FUN: TRY HOLY TRINITY BUILD ( Golden Staff, Corrosion Scythe and Demon Hunter Sword). Use Custom Jungle emblem with 20% additional dmg against tower, turtle &lord. You can be a machine gun when using 2nd skill.

This is good. I know he will be bullied by nerfs once he arrives at the official server. But these skills sets will make him usable even if the damage is lower.
I think they should increase his 2nd skill cooldown, or make it goes into cooldown once the phalanx state ends like with Leomord. For the build I think corrosion scythe would work better than war axe bcs of its slow effect, and I think replacing oracle with thunder belt would have even better slow and also some mana regen to help him stay longer on the field.
It sucks that the developer nerf him really bad, I think this build accurate, his first core item will be a knife and can be ugrade to swift bow, his second item is war axe, benefits from attack speed and the rest is defensive. If you want to go exp lane, the Emblem should be assasin mvmspd3/3, penetration3/3, killing spree. _For roamer, I think this role really suit him, because he has some early game advantage, like stunning from his passive, 80% slow from his 2nd skill and 1st skill pull.(you need to play duo with your friend), here's few tips i like to share when playing minsi roam. * you need to play duo with your friend in order for this to work. * when your jungler friend is done with his buff, have your second skill ready because 2nd has 80% slow and when the enemy is stunned by his passive, it regens half of minsithhar's hp. * follow where your jungler friend wants to go to steal advantages from the enemy, buff, kill, gold etc. Support emblem makes him move faster in the battlefield and also helping his 2nd skill move faster when casting. _ from last video of hororo minisithhar, minsithhar's guard can now benefit from the attack effect, meaning going full critical build is very good, a jungler minsithhar can also be very good, he needs to equip jungle emblem. why? because jungle emblem helps him farm faster and has movementspeed, some hp, and attackspeed.(emblem set its like lings jungle emblem). When you want to invade the enemies buff, don't go alone, those hp alone from jungle emblem doesn't save you, I suggest going with your teammate, damager, healer and burst type.
I think minsithhar is fun to play, he shares some similarity to thamuz, attackspeed and defence, however thamuz is alot stronger but he's off the meta, everything felt hopeless when no one play your main anymore, i hope he rise to the top again.
That stun from his passive really is a game changer, along with his better second skill. Though, that new first skill as it stands is a bit too strong, and I believe y'all agree with me on that. Prolly a bit more CD would be enough.

I have a theory Elgin What if you use kaja’s new paralyzed effect and minsi new second skill, how much damage does enemy do? Especially against bea sniper and shot gun
The new 2nd skill is op but I miss the old mechanical 2nd skill where it has stun + knockback. It’s the best knockback skill to push creeps away from tower and heroes chase from behind. Back then, stun cc + movement is the best skill to escape and run or hook and stun + ulti. Now hook + ulti can easily escape if you have a fast finger to blink in a slim second. I thought it still has the stun cc from 2nd. I’m Min player itself play as roamer tank support. Surely will make a lot of changes as a roamer stunner.
I think this Revamp is too OP especially his Ultimate combined with his Passive enemies have no chance of escape during team fights 😅 the 2nd Skill though is a cool revamp
Dmg reduction is going to get nerfed to 40-60%, 2nd skill tower damage to 40%-60%, and 2nd skill damage is going to be lowered for sure. Otherwise, he is going to be really really strong if he comes out in original server in his current state
I heard people say that Minsitthar is just a better Silvanna or that he powercrept her, and honestly I do not share this statement. Silvanna deals magic damage and forcibly locks the enemy in with her ult while also rushing them down and killing them.. Minsitthar on the other hand pulls enemies towards him and into his field which does not forcibly lock enemies in, but has the benefit of being able to trap more enemies and has useful utility of blocking dashes. Both heroes have their own uses and you will have to decide on which one is better in different team compositions and enemy compositions. Minsitthar did not powercreep Silvanna, they're both good and have their own advantages over each other.

Hanabi was almost cool but they say it was bugged 😑. But bugged one was actually really cool but official one is still the same As old one but with higher damage because of her revamp bounce damagea and skill 2.
Hanabi revamp was not that bad. I mean at least I can do something old hanabi can't. I can poke enemy with skill 2 plus basic attack (40%CD). I play hanabi more like Clint
Before revamping, Hanabi is a late game monster because of her passive where you can activate immunity shield almost everytime if you have enough life steal and even her ultimate can bloom and root enemy whether you miss or not. You can get assist and gold. Downside of revamped Hanabi is her shield now have 12s cold down even at late game and ultimate has a big chance to miss. Aim precisely but enemy moves a little than it miss. I once played early revamped version of Hanabi. Everything is similar with now but her skill 1 has only 5s and ultimate can bloom and spread like old ultimate and can deal damage. You can watch in Elgin channel. But it is the first patch revamped Hanabi has arrived. There is some issue. The version I played is 2nd patch where they fixed that issue.
Honestly he's great or you could probably say in a perfect state Although honestly before he can be released on the official server he needs a small nerf regarding second skill and tower cause dang that's op ngl lelz. I hope they don't remove its feature that it can be used against towers but just like Hanabi's bounce basic atk the dmg be lower everytime it hits the "same tower" over again. Other than that again he's great overall one of the revamps that is actually pretty great for once.
Try him with dolen stuff and thunder belt instead of war axe and athena shield with this build he can lock stun enemies and dealing double true dmg I am sure this gonna be chaos in a team fight or 1vs1 situation
I tested out support emblem on him because of the cool down reduction and hybrid benefits while using this build as well and it's kinda compatible but I needed to adjust the defense items to make him last longer in team fights.
I bet Aulus got jealous pf Minsitthar (as well as Lapu-lapu too) because of how high their damage reduction has compare to his. 😅 And also, Minsitthar's both 2nd skill and ultimate can inherit critical damage too.
I think he may get some nerfs on his 2nd skill DMG reduction. Although his 2nd skill has a big flaw which can be exploited by assassins. Overall he is a solid fighter now. And during his ult duration his 2nd skill flaw pretty much disappear as normally you can't go back because of the cancelles dash .
bet the 75% dmg reduction will be lowered to at least 50% cuz rn it's too op and it's quite hard to move behind an enemy if they are retreating or without high movement skills
I played a match like that, I played Minsi (the old one) vs a team with Franco. Hook advantage with Minsi is that it can pull enemies behind minions, and the Disadvantage is that enemies can easily dodge his hook. Hook advantage with Franco is that its much quicker than minsi and has longer range, it also works so well with flicker, while the disadvantage is that it can't pass through minions

Knowing moonton, they would nerf heroes before they get released in the official server. Good thing about this revamp is his 2nd skill and passive, he'll be a decent tank/support substitute.
I got the feeling they will limit the Skill 2... Just like freya.. Like give it 5 enchanced attacks.. With machine gun build. you can pretty much melt anyone infront of you

I think your build is good but it has much more potential of it since I'm a minsitthar main, I still believe petrify is the spell and dagger is just situational. Moontoon needs to nerf minsitthar with giving him a long cooldown on his first and a limited attacks on 2nd like if it a hero he should just get 4 attacks of it, duration based skill.
The revamp version is too op. Comparing to the unrevamped minsi. Before his revamp, he cant win 1v1 fights with another fighter type, but this revamp will do. His ultimate will be more harder to escape because it negates auto-dash passives (wanwan&ruby) and also has additional stun. His old ult is easily escaped by some heroes like lance because of their movement speeds. His 2nd skill is op. It will be the main damage source of minsi in fights. His first is op before because it only catches the furthest hero that's why its only use is in a team fight is to get the damage dealer that is not in the middle of the fight. But now it can get all the other heroes too. Judging the overall revamp, he will be much more of a roamer as his revamp skills are the skills needed of a perfect roamer. Minsi was my main hero before. Seeing this revamp makes me want to play him again
