"I'll turn it off tonight, just in case! " Brilliant, doesn't matter how long we do this, we never quite trust these things enough. Good man Tom, thanks for another entertaining video.

Those panels are so heavy,I've come across then with a small cupboard built in to them which make them even heavier to lift off,gotta use a suction pads to get them off.😮
@PlumbLikeTom
@PlumbLikeTom Год назад
They can be really heavy especially the double ones, good shout with the suction pads, I still prefer these to the chipboard panels though, these are fairly indestructible, thanks for watching as always

My Grandad would have told you to insert the copper pipes before fixing the studding. He was odd like that...
@PlumbLikeTom

To be honest I've seen it done on some jobs, it would have made it hard for the joiner though and I always think if you make someone's life hard they are likely to do the same to you, thanks for watching

Another great video mate (Just a suggestion) you should start wearing gloves or even fingerless gloves I know you obviously wash your hands, but getting constant dirty/chemicals on them in the long term won’t be good for your health

You smashed (in a good way lol) it on this one mate. Any reason in particular you piped it up in copper in the studs not plastic? Nice to see someone using a proper size spanner for once not an adjustable too.
@PlumbLikeTom
@PlumbLikeTom Год назад
Thanks for the support as always mate, I prefer using copper if I can, I know it meant bending it a bit to get it in but I would still rather this than plastic

@PlumbLikeTom
@PlumbLikeTom Год назад
Thanks for the support mate, these were trespa panels on this job, the units are custom built to suit and we just assemble on site, it's a recycled plastic I believe, very hard wearing, fully waterproof, and the colour goes right through so it is difficult to scratch

How do you stop your plastic pipe sixes from tracking?
@PlumbLikeTom
@PlumbLikeTom Год назад
I find if you score the pipe lightly round once, then press a bit harder on the next rotation it doesn't normally track, I have been using the ox cutter a while now and find it very good, thanks for watching 👍

Hi mate, what laser are you using? Cheers
@PlumbLikeTom
@PlumbLikeTom Год назад
I use the bosche 360, the laser itself is bright but for the money there are probably better ones, my big annoyance with it is the fact its not rechargeable and takes 4 AA batteries, they last a while but most professional ones now are rechargeable, thanks for watching mate
