Today, let's have a look at a classic: beef stew! I adore beef stew on cold winter days. It's quick and easy to prepare (especially if you have apple and carrot already pre-chopped and frozen), and it tastes expensive without actually being expensive.
(Though man, the price of beef is getting wild these days. So maybe it's more expensive than we're used to for this meal.)
