Pro tip: Wear a belt on your waist with strings under the Cuirass that tie into the leather flap with holes and keep the Cuisse pulled up and it won't drop down to become a burden like it does at 0:45 The Cuisse should go all the way up to your hip. This can also be accomplished by sewing the strings into the bottom part of your Arming Doublet. Some sort of wax coating on the strings will also make them a bit sticky and less prone to untying themselves.
