Salt: 3g
Dry yeast: 1g
Water: 105g
Olive oil: 10g
Filling: any ingredients you like.
In the video, I added bacon, mini tomatoes (semi-dried), and dried basil in appropriate quantities.
Baking
Preheat the oven to 250℃.
If you have a steam function, use steam for 8 minutes at 250°C.
(If you don't have a steam function, spray the inside of the oven with water when placing the dough in the oven.)
Switch to oven and cook at 230℃ for another 5 minutes.
