I've found circle hooks really useful - the fish hook themselves, which is cool. The problem I've encountered with these hooks is that the fish often swallow them deeply, making it impossible to retrieve without harming the fish. This was the reason I stopped using them. Can you please advise on a type of hook as effective as the self-hooking circle hook but that prevents the fish from swallowing it deeply?
