This seems really cool!!!! I might do this because both of my parents sadly suddenly passed (dad from stage 4 lung cancer and mom died of a stroke) and my fiance only has his mom and grandma, and we do have friends and i do want my friend to be a witness but an elopement seems much more intimate and its about the marriage, not the wedding after all, plus it seems really cool to "run off and get married" plus if there are lots of pictures then no one should feel like they missed out, and we could come back after our elopement and then have a party to celebrate later.
