A dessert to enjoy with the whole family!
Ingredients
2 peeled lucumas, in pieces (500 grams in total approx.)
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of cold boiled water
1 cup of fresh hot milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
4-6 maraschino cherries
Bitter chocolate icing, grated
Preparation
Blend the lucuma with the evaporated milk and sugar.
Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of cold boiled water for one minute or until hydrated. Pour the hydrated gelatin into the hot fresh milk and mix until dissolved.
Pour the dissolved gelatin into the lucuma cream and integrate. Add the vanilla.
Distribute the lucuma cream in sweets and let it set for two hours in the refrigerator. Serve the mousse and decorate with grated chocolate and cherries.
