A magical day in the forest - energising my highly sensitive soul 

I am 81 and in a wheelchair when I am outside but I am blessed to live in an apartment complex that has the most beautiful grounds with trees and roses and flowers and a huge pond with fountains and ducks. So I can take my electric wheelchair out all by myself. It is such a blessing. I have always been a hiker and have been fortunate enough to walk in many woods in this country. Nature has always been my Healing Place even as a child. Blessings from New Mexico

What a magical forest. I love the moss. Water is very healing to me also. I will soon be living near a lake. I can't wait to go for daily walks around it with my dog. I find baths instantly soothe my spirit. I often listen to Enya while having a long bath. She is one of the few singers that heal me. Blessings to you. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful videos 🙏🌿

This was so lovely! I've always preferred the forest, and in fact, I was born & raised in a tiny community located in the Olympic National Forest. Some prefer the ocean or other bodies of water, but for me it's always been the woods where I find peace and beauty. I am just loving your channel! I could listen to your beautiful voice for hours! i live in upstate ny and have the joy of "picking rocks" at the Salmon River lower reseviour. Each rock I pick has a story and I listen to it. Many people, my family included, feel I'm strange, but I hear the rocks stories. Thank you for your channel. I feel as though you are a kindred spirit. Blessed be.

I too feel that water does have special powers. When I am near it, I feel peace in the pit of my stomach. It calms me with its trickling and roaring sounds. I am very lucky to live near a river, and walk Madge over the bridge that goes over it every day. I always stop when I am going over, to look down on the river, and when I come back over I stop again and look down on the other side. It fills me with peace and wonder. I pass a tree stump, where a tree had fallen over the road a few years ago, and was sawn off, so the tree stump looks like a face as it is on it' side, I call it Stumpy, and talk to it every time I pass with Madge, and wish it a good day, and ask for it's help when I am feeling low. I would always hug a tree if I can, and I thank the trees I pass, for being there for us all. I get really upset if someone cuts a tree down, although I know that sometimes it has to happen. I treasure furniture made of wood, and was married to a furniture designer/maker, who made wonderful things from wood, that I loved. I had my own nursery school back in the 90s, and hope, even though I am now 66 years young, I will stay forever young in my heart. This the Hermitage at Dunkeld, not too far from where I live. It is indeed a beautiful place to walk, although best to avoid weekends as it can get very busy and the car park fills up quickly. In fact this whole area of Highland Perthshire - Dunkeld, Pitlochry, Blair Atholl - is stunning and there are just as magical places which are lesser known and therefore quieter.
