Both men doing gods work! God bless you from Belfast Ireland 🇮🇪 🙏🏻. It's horrible in this day and age that people cannot afford health insurance. 😢. We have the NHS, national health service! Everybody pays into it through earnings and it takes care of everyone! Even people who are unemployed and less fortunate. We all need to look after each other! It's just the humaine thing to do ❤

2 honourable men meet in a courtroom. As a European it’s hard to understand how a nation so powerful as the US refuses to take care of its citizens. All power to the gentleman fighting for the rights of cancer patients & all power to the judge for constantly displaying his wonderful humanity.

The rate of death from cancer in Europe is 257.1. The rate of death from cancer in the US is 146.2. The US private medical system is WAY BETTER than that socialist crap we have in Europe where you have to wait 3+ hours to get seen in the hospital. I know we Europeans like to act superior, but we're not.

What a great man! I watched my 90 year old mother battle and all was good in the end and she has good insurance. This man is helping those who are not in that position. WHAT AN AMAZING MAN!

I like this brother. He works for the benefit of those who cannot afford Healthcare in the world's ONCE richest countries. Shame on the oligarchy and shame on the politicians who sit in their seats to extract whatever they can get for their own interests except the likes of Senator Rand Paul, Senator Cruz, Senator Jim Jordan. I commend that man for doing that job. It is not easy dealing with insurance adjusters and trying to find a way to keep the patients from paying large co-pays or sometimes, entire bills. There are contracted rate that insurance companies will pay for services and medications and many time patient's co-pays are more than the contracted rates that insurance companies pay to providers. I understand working hard to ensure that the patient is not responsible for the bill and/or can get a good reduction on the co-pays. God bless the Judge for giving him a voice for the patients and the dismissal he needed.

When my mom had cancer, payments for chemo were not a problem, though we didn’t have much money. She was even transferred to another city, by helicopter where me and my siblings lived, so we could be with her during her final days. Why didn’t it cost us anything? Because we lived in Canada, where there is a single payer system, and basic healthcare is covered for all regardless of income. Is this system perfect? No it isn’t, but at least people have less worries in life if something tragic or unpleasant happens unexpectedly! Stay safe, stay sane, be well

The Bible does not hide the fact that good people are going to live miserable lives due to the actions of other men. And we do not like this. But the Bible tells us the good that suffer here will be rewarded. One of the best stories to this effect was Jesus talking about a poor beggar upon death being at the bosom of Abraham, while a well to do man that had ignored the poor man's plight ended up "below". Unfortunately that is not the way we humans want it done.

It’s hard to visit Judge Caprio in Providence . They seem not to have any parking space unless you get a ticket not only for residents but also for visitors. Thank God for Judge C… he is giving most people a break.

Proud to have left America to where my ancestors came from.....universal healthcare!.... I used to be covered in the US in the late eighties when America's healthcare was affordable when I grew up. But due to lobbyist profit rabble pharmaceutical companies, prices have become exorbitant.

The USA is BY Far the most costly healthcare system in the world but in the overall Health Rankings the USA ranks #31 . The 3rd leading cause of death in the USA is allopathic medicine/big pharma. USA is great for acute trauma care but miserable in treating chronic diseases, mostly just alleviating symptoms. The USA is THE only major industrialized country with universal healthcare.

My daughter had cancer as a toodler I got a bill in the mail one time for 15,500 for chemo needles that I needed to give her daily. Luckily we were able to get that taken care of but the price of Chemotherapy is outragous. Some chemos and one radiation treatment can go over 100,000 easily. For single parents who have a child fighting for there life those bill can be devestating.
