That’s a knock to the head, don’t do it again even when traffic is light. All & all I love this judge for his understanding but she still have to pay for court fees & it’s way less than the fines for the traffic violation. Keep up the good work but don’t study too late.
Honestly, I love these. I'm just curious if this is actually legal to operate a RU-vid channel basically tainting the trial...? Or is this kind of a pick and choose the cases kind of thing?
The judge is a kind man and has a lot of common sense. However the law is the law and if you let one break the law with no penalty then you have to do that with everyone. If you let off A then B, has been treated differently and this is discriminatory. He can of course use his judgement to say that it was borderline and he's will let this pass, but this was a clear cut TRAFFIC VIOLATION so the penalty should stand.
