Great question--there isn't actually any point, really. It's just bonus damage to help close the gap for if an Asteroid misses (which you saw is very often the case with this strat). The real reason I select it, is because Atk+30 is my 13th chip drawn. If I don't select AirHockey Turn 1, then after Fullcust, Areagrab S would be my last drawn chip (Atk+30 would have to wait until Turn 3). That's what I meant earlier about RNG Seed locks, I knew that these chips would appear in this order, it was just a matter of now trying to get the kill in the 2 turns I had and we all saw how that turned out. ,_,

The airhoc was never essential to the fight, and removing the lava panels from her side before dblpoint helps stop her from going into flashing state. You could not only hit a sub10, but with a decent amount of luck you could probably hit sub 9

If only you were around for the livestreams last year for that input, LOL. As for your strat itself, I think you're overestimating how long 10s lasts. It costs about 0.66s to collect 3 lavapanels of damage, not including the time to then step back to allow doublepoint to capture efficiently. My initial strategy called for that and it was just too slow. Airhockey itself is a nonissue because it's soulcanceled and doesn't really do anything positive or negative, lol. And the Areagrabs are pretty optimal in terms of speed, at least in the one good run from 0:25 to 1:10. @rebycVG I forgot about that since Idr use Protoman souls, but with all 9 lava panels couldn't you cut out Dblpoint entirely?
