I'm sure we've all done this one before since NapalmMan's the only fire navi in BN5 and there's no one else to exploit the RainyDay chip on, lol.
(Actually, there is also Toadman who'll even generate sea panels for you, but I bullied him enough. ._.)

L-coded Rainy Day helps round out an L-UniCoded Folder with Quake 2 L's, Vulcan 3 L's and Guard 2 L's and *'s, Guard 3 *'s with L-coded ElecReel-family chips used to S-Rank ProtoMan Omega. This use here is pure domination on NapalmMan Omega, and it's frickin' awesome. Wonderful battle.

You actually really only need 5 panels for this kill but painting the entire field blue seemed way more a e s t h e t i c to me. ._. This still took several hours cause of the RNG behind where his auto turrets spawn (and how bad I am at counter hitting NapalmMan). @@justingoble4980 A lot of the times, I'm not really reacting to boss movement and just keeping a mental count in my head. e.g. NapalmMan is after 4 or 5 steps.

Hah, I guess it is! Except it's a standard chip, not a giga chip so you can run multiple copies. And it aims from anywhere not directly in front of you. And it sacrifices disadvantaged aqua panels (unless you're toadsoul) and not beneficial holy panels. ...So better in almost every conceivable way :D?

You can get your first rainyday chip once you get to End Area 3 I think, with an unlocker in hand. Along with the Seaseed * you get at the SciLab lobby comp and a bit of luck, this can be done as you have access to NapalmMan Omega. Another dilemma is: Standing on an Ocean Panel gives your water chip (RainyDay included) a +30. So do you let hit 40x10 or 70x9 ?

Yup! Forgot to mention that sea panel boost. My intent was to showcase all 9 panels being used as needed for the aesthetic, lol. You can also consider doublepoint for 100*6 without consuming your seapanel vs 130*5.

It's not! Just a standard chip (with some great chip art btw) RainyDay deals 40 damage from anywhere on screen. If you have AquaPanels on your side of the field, you can consume them to deal an additional hit (i.e. 3 aqua panels = 4 x 40 dmg). I guess it's a callback to the Volcano/LavaCannon chips from BN3 where they consumed lavapanels to boost damage.
