A Meditation: Cleansing Relationships & Cutting Cords 

At first, I hesitated because I couldn’t fathom losing what I thought I had. While doing this I heard him begging me not to cut the cord but I had to for my highest good. He hurt me so bad! I cut the cord and burst out in tears I felt a wave of hot energy run through my body!! I am going to do this everyday until I am divinely guided to stop. Thank you so much!!🥰

I had no idea I needed this so badly. I knew I held resentment for a few people who have hurt me, but my emotional responses during this meditation was intense and therapeutic.

This is the first meditation that brought me to tears. I visualized a huge tree root sized cord connecting our two hearts, and it pained me to watch my Higher Self sever it with a handsaw. I feel much lighter, and relieved to have done this, and now I can finally move on to a relationship that serves my highest good. Thank you

This worked like magic, I cant thank you enough. I only did this meditation on three nights in arrow and I saw results from the first time. The pain of my heartbreak started to vanish. It was so hard to deal with it at the beginning but now I cab barely feel or miss anything. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏻

Had to stop in the middle because I didn’t know what a ticker tape machine is without searching it? I feel that a different analogy for the words being transferred out of oneself may serve as more relatable, but otherwise lovely!

about to start this after a relationship break up and I’m so scared to let go of whatever feelings I have because scared I will miss out on connection to him.. however the way things have gone I know I must - for my highest good. I will begin this now 🧡

One should gently pull the cords out...then seal the area with a healing light. You wouldn't cut roots of a weed, put rather gently pull them out with a firm grip at the base of the plant Also important to say their name and yours, send the cords back with love. Sealing area with light very important...sometimes I have repeated the process if the toxic people are clingy. A bath in Epsom salt helps too. Peace. Take care.

*I feel like we must understand that sometimes we feel energy directed at us but it is not from us. It is someone else's attachments. We can feel it but can't pin point the what or why. Originally was gonna do this for someone else but when she said think of the person my mother immediately stood in front of me and I wanted to cry I tried so hard to send her light, by the time she said open your eyes I couldn’t so I did it when I was ready and my body was shaking and I was crying. when i saw him i had the feelings of throwing up again and felt it in my throat. i could only imagine him smiling while it was hard for me to talk/in disgust. i couldn’t seem to cut the cord that connected our third eyes together, it was just still there. i will definitely continue to use this

Omg yo I just tried to do this meditation to cut the cord between me and my twin flame. As soon as I tried to visualize him my whole head board started shaking as if there was a earthquake. It scared me so much I jumped from my bed and stopped!

When I did this meditation earlier today. I didn't anticipate the size of the cord that came into my mind between my son and myself. It was huge, like a like a previous comment stated, it was like a tree trunk, thick and black between our 2 solar plexuses. And there was 4 smaller cords on either side of that. My cousin told me not to cut the heart cord. But I didn't know which one that was! They all got cut- the small ones with gardening clippers and the big one I had to use a sword to slice it through. When I saw my son in the golden light, the cords on his body, though still black, the insides looked red. I took that to mean that they could be healed. They were sore, but they could be healed. I'm gonna have to do this one a few more times. Thank you for this. It's so pains me to have to cut the cords from my son. But his toxicity has really debilitated me and my ability to have other relationships with people, and confidence in myself.

So I did this and unfortunately I had to do this because of my dad. I had to cut cords with him and so it was already kinda upsetting but I just couldn't take it anymore. So after I cut our cord almost immediately I saw someone come in front of me and cup my face saying "It is going to be okay" and I just started sobbing. Whoever it was knew that it was going to be hard for me. I never had a good relationship with him, and all I ever truly wanted from him was to show he cared and actually loved me because most days it feels like he doesn't. So whoever it was knew how hard this is for me. Thank you for the meditation. I hope it will make some good changes in my life. I also hope this either makes our relationship better or he just leaves cause from the past I know he isn't going to change. I hope this actually makes him change.

I needed to let go of an ex who has moved on and is likely going to marry someone else. When I did the meditation I saw this dark thorny vine connecting our hearts. I sobbed and felt so much emotional pain, it took me to the threshold of what I can feel. But then suddenly I felt relief, comfort, and lighter. I want their relationship to be okay - without my energy interference or his on mine. We were just young and accidently messed it up, he found her before we could make amends and she was ready for him. It's not healthy for me to hold on but somehow there was this cord and it was causing this pain for years. I'm grateful for this mediation.

I bawled as soon as I did this, and I realized when you said to cleanse both of us, I hesitated, my light lingered at fingers length away from him, because it helped me realize I do not forgive him. My ego held onto not wanting to give him anymore. I need to work on that, and work on some things, but I am taking my control and power back.
