In this guided meditation, Deepak Chopra, M.D. helps us shift certain elements of our awareness so we can meet problems with a better sense of understanding and galvanize our abilities to overcome them.
Obstacles actually don’t have very much to do with any objective difficulty, but are all about our perception of the situation. Once we can embrace the notion that every experience is an opportunity for growth, we can transform the experience into teachings.

"Every obstacle is an opportunity in disguise." Especially the ad right in the middle of a great meditation that totally derails you and takes you out of your flow hahah. But hey I guess that's a chance to practice the mantra? Beats me

Yes, thank you for the meditation, but there should not be ads that interrupt the meditation. Please remove the ad. That was not good form.

Deepak seems to be the only meditations I have come across so far that have advertisements during even short meditations. Think you have to pay if you want ad free. There are plenty of good meditations by other people will stick with them.

Put the ad at the beginning of the video so as to not disturb the meditation, please. I may not consider viewing this video again because of the ad placed in the middle of the meditation, which is unfortunate as it’s a very calming one.

This is an effective and short meditation . The background music is too loud in certain segments. It will be so much more effective if the music is subdued. Thanks any way for this meditation.

Yeah, it was a nice video but the only thing it did was test my patience with the car warranty ad right in the middle of the video. I closed my eyes first tike around, but not the 2nd because it did it again. I've never had that happen on any of the other meditation videos on RU-vid I watch. They're either at the end of the video or the beginning. Now I'm pissy because I got yanked out of my meditation cause of some car ad bs.
