Petah Digby Very well said, Petah.Thank you. This practice is very simple. It goes back to basics, to your true essential nature, which is the nature of the Universe.
What do you really, REALLY want? Set your intention. Your intention has infinite organizing power. Enjoy this meditation with Dr. Deepak Chopra-one of my favorites.
Thank you so much. This brought me to tears of joy I am now filled with bliss and gratitude and peace. Namaste! I am also... curious; can anyone explain the phrase: "choiceless awareness"? Thank you.
It's lovely, but whenever I try to ask "What do I want?" all I feel is anxiety and panic! I can't hear any answer over the stress response. What do I do?
It’s normal. Embrace the way you feel. Know that you’re feelings do not belong to the actual you, your the you of Higher Self. They are part of Ego- your physicality that gets one the way. Start with a few weeks of this simple exercise to clear your ego and embrace your true self. Every day, while you’re doing everything during the day, silently or voicing it out, say “I love and approve of myself”. Don’t think about why you’re doing it, just do it. Then take a deep breath and during the inhale say Love, on the exhale say Peace. Then you can continue with the mantra as many times as you want. When you go to bed, say it before you fall asleep, then say it the next day when you get up and continue...Soon you’ll elevate the vibration of your energy higher than ego and your intentions will come clearly. There is no time frame for this. It might take you few days or a year. It took you years to get to a point of inner anxiety, it will take a while to change. Meanwhile, don’t give up on listening to Deepak. - Blessings, Irina Koundelova
