A Miracle Cure that can Help Repair Herniated / Bulging Discs - Dr Mandell

When the disc becomes torn (annular fibrosis), the inside gel (nucleus pulposus) can put pressure on the nerve causing pain, numbness and radiation. Here I explain an excellent alternative to help the disc repair and heal so compression may be released off the nerve.

For all of the people with bad lumbar disks, look up anterior pelvic tilt and other muscle imbalances from excessive sitting or bad posture. Most of the muscles in your body form kinetic chains to each other so an imbalance in your feet or legs can cause problems all throughout the body and vice versa. I was told by a SPECIALIST that I was screwed and just needed to wait for my back to degenerate further so I could have surgery. Well low and behold these guys profit from surgery and they tend to give the exact opposite advice that they should. For a lot of disk injuries it is important to stay active and moving and to work on the imbalances and posture. Sitting and being sedentary just makes it worse. What saved me besides Doctors like Dr. Mandell was stumbling across a post on a bodybuilding forum where people with the exact same or similar issues that I had were saying how they ignored their doctors advice and went back to the gym and back to lifting and it changed their lives. I used to lift back in the day too so I gave it a shot. Since then I have cut my pain down by over 2/3's. I still have off days due to arthritis, sitting and trying to clean the diet up but all in all I am doing better and hopefully can return to work soon. Don't bother with social security/disability as I fought them for 6 years, had plenty of medical proof and even had the administrative law judge AND the vocational expert agree that I could not do different work and they STILL denied me. You could tell the judge had some type of bias in his report. My lawyer was useless and refused to take advantage of the ALJ's mistake which would have won my case. They approve less than 40% of cases and if you are below age 50 forget about it. They will drag the case on until you are no longer eligible for SSDI/SSI due to being out of work too long.

Ive used proteolytic enzymes two disc ruptures. L4 to S1. I've had a Microdiscectomy in November 2019 on L5/S1 then fusion on that disc in June 2020 and now L4/L5 on August 2020. I swear by these enzymes in helping me recover from surgery and to get mobile when i injured the discs. I saw this video 3yrs ago and they have helped me so much. When i had spinal fusion I left hospital after 4 days and started on these enzymes and paracetamol. They helped greatly with my pain. I've used them after each surgery to help heal and recover much quicker.

Proteolytic enzymes
@danhope77
@danhope77 6 лет назад
The anti-inflammatory properties of proteolytic enzymes make them effective at treating sports-related injuries. By breaking down the inflammation that occurs as a result of injury, proteolytic enzymes can help an athlete heal faster, according to the University of Southern California. They do note that the results of studies of the enzymes have been inconclusive, but say that smaller studies indicated that “treatment with a proteolytic enzyme combination significantly speeded up recovery.”

Thank you for this video of Hope. I badly need your help. You’re the only doctor that I am and have been subscribed to. Long story short: In July 1996, I was accidentally rear ended by a semi tanker, (tank was full,) he was going 60 mph, I was at a stop in my little 2 door cavalier, causing 3 herniated disks, (neck, upper & lower back) & 2 spinal cord injuries that are wedged, all muscles on top of each other where they’re not supposed to be, and more, which doctor calls a body migraine. The top specialist doctor in my city told me that I cannot ever have surgery because it WILL either paralyze me for life or kill me because of spinal cord and to not work or I WiLL get worse. I had to work, now I have paralyzing flare ups due to C5 & C6 disks, lasting an hour - all day, and also now my 2018 MRIs tells : “ Few herniated disks in neck, multiple herniated disks in back, a big herniated disk in secrum....” I can’t work which drives me crazy alone. No amount of pain killers they prescribe to me is enough. I need your help please. I listened to this video & I will follow all your advice. I would greatly appreciate any more videos that you can help me with. I’ll be keeping you in my prayers for you & your family. Thank you very much, Deborah

I've watched many of your videos before, and I have employed proteolytic enzyme therapy in the years past; but only in the past 2 years since discovering I had 6-7 disc herniations have I forgotten about this amazing therapy. I also watched lectures from Dr. William Wong on systemic enzyme therapy and the powerful effects they were having on his patients. I stumbled on a product I had used before and ordered a bottle. It's the 7th day since starting it, and I've been trying to find my activation dose. I've increased it now to 9 capsules a day starting today, after noticing that SOME OF THE FEELING IN MY RIGHT FOOT IS COMING BACK! Some very positive signs are occuring, and I hope they continue to improve! Fingers crossed! Your videos are consistent with other alternative and holistic doctors who step outside the box of the failed allopathic medical model and employ "uncommon sense" in prescribed healing methods. Thanks for your sensible and practical suggestions, Dr. Mandell!

How are you now?
@connormusic9274
@connormusic9274 2 месяца назад
@@Asif49858 Well, actually due to the increasing of pain, neuropathy and myelopathy; I had to stop working. This led to me not being able to afford the systemic enzyme therapy. A spine therapy clinic near me offered the treatment of non-surgical decompression using the DRX9000 computer controlled traction machine. I started on that therapy; anticipating good results that studies had promised. Was very disappointed, and as I approached 20 treatments I started to notice significant changes in sensory perception of my right foot and calf. But pain and weakness would then migrate over to my left gluteals and thigh muscles. Then the neuropathy and cramping in my foot and calf would come back! I'd feel better for a day or two, and then I'd revert back to same painful symptoms! After 24 decompression treatments-(lumbar), I am very discouraged and despondent over this. Am now looking at consultation with spine surgeons who use endoscopic and ultrasonic decompression surgery to find WTF the real problem is! I recently was approved for disability benefits and have the money now to resume systemic enzyme therapy as well. I'm wondering if my pinched nerves are due to "endplate arthrosis" or some kind of osteophyte pinching on the foraminal nerve roots. Will need to closely examine my MRI's again with a trained doctor so as to form an accurate diagnosis and solution. Dr. William Wong recommends 'Vitalzym' or 'Braggzyme" brands as the best 2. What do you recommend? Thank-you for checking in on me, doctor; as I have the highest respect for chiropractors and naturopaths.

Been on Norco 10/325 for 1.5 years now. Was in a motorcycle accident and now have 2 buldged and 1 herniated in my lower back. The dope gets me through my 10 hour shifts (desk job). PT and Ciro didn't help in long term and was costing me a fortune. I try to run and exercise, some days are great others terrible. I hate what this accident has done to my life and I feel so trapped. My leg goes numb and my pains are tiresome and old. My lawyer is suing the truck company responsible, but it isn't for very much..... Wish I had my old life back, super sad and depressed since. I wish I would wake up from this nightmare.

Woke up this morning in tears. Happens every morning minus the tears. This morning was exceptionally bad. I wake up to pain levels between 8-9. After I get up and move around it drops anywhere from 5-7. An hour later I take a Norco 10/325. By then the pain shrinks to a 2-4. The pain comes back by mid afternoon and I try to make it till 4pm until I take the last pill of the day. Tramadol worked wonders, but it didn't agree with my head. Very strange thoughts and anxiety. My lawyer and I are still fighting and suing the responsible party. But my doctor says I will never have back what I had lost. Money is not going to bring back the life I had. To make matters more interesting, the wife and I are expecting our 1st child November 6th. Living with back pain sucks and is so defeating and depressing at times. I also have my right leg the burns, goes completely numb and feels like someone is stabbing it with an ice pick, not cool.

I had severe back pain due to sitting on an ergonomic desk chair ( I usually work 8 hours on one of these chairs and am obese ), back pain when walking for more than 5 minutes and pain when sitting in a car. I have a herniated L4-L5 disc of about 8mm. I stayed home for 3 weeks and took proteolytic enzymes (the label said they're for digestion though), Omega 3 and 6, collagen, Vitamin D3, multivitamin pills every 2-3 days and I think I'm at 70% recovery right now. No kinetotherapy or physioteraphy so far (though I might try it ).

From my limited understanding, if your discs wear out and get smaller over time, they aren't going to be able to heal back up to how they were before. But if you have a herniated disc, that can heal in the sense that the material that is pushing up against the nerves can be reabsorbed and pressure taken off the nerve.

I had an emg test done and I really felt like it did more harm than good. I have hashimotos autoimmune issues and I swear the electrical shock stimulated something in my nervous system. For 2 months my head burns..goes numb..tingles and itches. I feel like hot pins are poking my head. My doctor says it nothing I just need a level 2 fusion on my neck.. Wouldn't there be more signa and syptoms for someone who needs a fusion done on their neck.

@infoluminux
@infoluminux 8 лет назад
Auggie Williams that's weird indeed. My assumption is that your disc bulge probably turned into an herniated disc. If you've been a year doing these excersices without results, I suggest you to go to see a doctor. My doctor told me if I ever feel like my symptoms are growing, then probably my disc bulge has turned into an hernated disc. In my case my symptoms are slowly going down and I've been with this injury 3 months. If conservatory treatment didn't do the trick for you, the doctor probably will suggest you a surgery... if you do this ask for the endoscopic one... you will be walking the next day and never feel pain again... obviously you have to take care of your weight and retake the excersices...
