Mick, thank you very very much for what you've done these many years. One of the pioneers of this strange hobby. My wife still does not understand my obsession with military rations. Sundays watching you is a weekly ritual that I cherish. Not many of the old guard are doing reviews any more.

Terribly sorry to hear about your health issues. I know that unsolicited advice is not fun to receive but I have to say that I recommend you look into keto, it can basically reverse diabetes and help with other health issues.
