EDIT: Found this when I was a kid.
The place is very upstream of the river, but the guests who come to play in the river throw garbage, so I sometimes clean it up in the area.
It was there during the cleaning.
As I remember it, it was very rusty, so I don't think it was garbage from river tourists, but there are no factories or houses nearby.
