If you are diagnosed with diabetes, please please stay away from beetroot or another other root vegetables.. please do your research .. control your carbs and get a dietitian… and please do not eat or drink beetroot regularly..

@@stacybarnes8428 yes , I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and doctor gave a list of vegetables to avoid .. potato, carrot and beetroot and most of the root vegetables were part of it.. also juice take away all the fiber and leaves it just sugar drink , if you want to consume beetroot I would suggest eating it in salad rather than juicing it !! Carbs has to be complex carb and should be accompanied by fiber and protein .. after researching we decided to hire a dietitian who is qualified to tell me what is right and what’s not
